My fav FP location. Super friendly and helpful staff! Always greet me and say goodbye when i leave. Go out of their way to find you what you are looking for etc. Staff is super playful and always seem to be having fun and including customers in on the fun!

This is my second Time in this store, I find it to be well stocked however, it is always unbearably hot to the point where I actually think it’s not healthy for ppl to be in let alone trying on clothes The first time was in the winter so I just assumed it was so hot because of the temperature change from inside to out, (still hotter than other stores) but I just stepped into that store in may The weather is cool and comfortable outside but the minute u step in the store I stared dripping sweat i’m also from Florida so I don’t have a problem with heat, but this is like no other bummed I couldn’t stay and shop.

Honestly this store used to be great, love fp in general but the customer service went downhill. Had a rude encounter a few months ago, they rarely greet people when you walk in they never ask if you need help. I witnessed them laughing at a women behind her back once, just not a good look and very immature. I feel judged walking in half the time makes me not even want to go there a half the time or have intense anxiety

Staff is very friendly! I love Free People and the store is so cute. Yes, the clothes there are pricey but Free People is a pricey brand and the clothes last.

VERY overpriced for the quality (poor quality fabrics/construction/design) of what is essentially supposed to be a brand step-up from cheaper "fast fashion". The sizing is also crazy big, and really odd. Staff have strange ideas of what customer service is and will definitely "profile" you before deciding how helpful they will be. The store itself is nice to shop in.

Love this store so much. I'm very petite so most of the pants are much too long, however, I always manage to find plenty of tops and other things to make up for it!

So much happenings are there. The marketplace with wide walkways and different shops and restaurants on the both sides. A beautiful feeling when you go there and stroll around.
