A rolling inventory keeps the selection fresh, and an in-house tailor knows how to do repairs to keep their products in-service longer.The staff always seems to he educated on their products and helpful when wanted. Perhaps equally as important, they know when to let me quietly ponder oh my own.Always a good experience.

The staff were so helpful and I got a new backpack, on sale! I had never been to one in person and everything was so nice and well organized. I have a fanny pack that I ordered online from them that I use everyday and I was very happy to get something new from them as my old backpack, not fjällräven, is falling apart.
