I started work at the Dollar tree about 4 days ago I thought it was totally awesome that it was work today and get paid tomorrow it all turned out to be one big scam having you go through application after application on your phone and then come to find out you have to wait for your first payday that's not get paid daily get scanned from the start they didn't help with any of the applications that I had to use for my phone and I still haven't gotten paid and they still wanted me to work they knew from the get that I wanted to work for them because of the daily pay and they kept from me getting paid in 2 weeks. Has anybody else had this error?

If this store like using their cashiers has security do this discreetly, not when a customer sees what your doing and then be on a defense when a customer notice what your doing and want to argue. What happen to customer service? Why are the cashier still wants to argue when a customer says"I'm done talking " that's unprofessional of the cashier. Times has change there's no respect for customers anymore. It's a job, it's dollar tree, why the cashier rude and acting like she's a assistant manager or the manager, and if she was Sarah still unprofessional.

cashing out at dollar tree on Shelburne Road vt the associate decided not to help bagging. I had 2 bags to fill and instead of helping, he pushed my items further towards me to bag while he serve someone else and I'm still bagging. I said nothing just watch all he was doing. I'm still there bagging and when he finished with the customer and he walked to the other cashier who was helping a customer and also bagging. He need to be trained again or let go because he doesn't care and only there for the check. I felt disappointed and frustrated and disrespected for no reason. I wished I could put no star, because 1 star doesn't cut it.

I called with a simple question & the store manager was rude & unhelpful, only complaining about how busy they were. It was very unprofessional. She treated my basic question as though I was requesting she manifest water from a stone, when really it only would have taken a very short stroll up at the front of the store & lasted maybe the length of our very short conversation to actually answer my question. Previously I tried finding an answer online but was unsuccessful & had no way to get to the store until next week because my transportation is extremely limited. I was trying to plan Christmas spending & had planned on doing most of my shopping there, but quality customer service is everything to me, so I'll be shopping elsewhere. Happy Holidays & for the Love of God hire enough professional staff members to tend to the magnitude of customers that keep y'all in business! Happy Holidays???

Empty shelves and what is there looks like a hurricane blew thru. One cashier who is overwhelmed at best. The place is a horror show.

Place is really messy and dirty, shelves are empty, washroom smell like Hell and floors are nasty....Only 1 staff in the store and she couldn't care less, looks like she gave up a long time ago ....better take your business somewhere else ...

Never very seen the store this messy the one in Essex Junction is way more clean… workers need to clean it look like it got vandalized everything was a mess except seasonal decor I want it to be clean one of the casher has a paper begging for money unbelievable. But nice service if you want cheap stuff you should go but not a lot some of the decor is good but some of it breaks so this is a good store if you don’t like messy or dirty stuff… please take better care and say that the costumers on loud speakers to keep it clean please wash shelf’s eve day and put stuff where it goes please go also they have low staff

Looks like the whole place was ransacked. Piles of products scattered on shelves, dirty floors, understocked in most aisles - maybe they’re just understaffed? Cashier had a food stained shirt and thilthy nails. I hope they take better care of themselves and the store soon…

Don't believe the pictures...this store is disgustingly dirty, messy, empty shelves and staff that don't care at all...I don't know who owns this one but it's a real disgrace...Dollar tree used to be lots of fun but now it's more of a shelter for desperate people..
