I would put 0 stars if possible. I tried to buy Uggs, my order canceled so I called the store and one of the employees told me it was fraud declining and to try different information, so I did that, my orders still kept canceling, I called again and the owner started yelling at me saying they do not sell to resellers and that they contacted UGG and that I am banned from shopping at Dear Lucy. i dont know if I was being discriminated or if they plan on selling the shoes under the table to actual resellers but what just happened to me was extremely bizarre. I told the owner I was leaving a review and then she offered to sell me the pair which I refused. I am not saying that what happened here will happen to you, it could just be a complete misunderstanding between their owner and one of their employees, but considering I got banned for at the end of the day just trying to buy shoes, and all this happened in less than 30 minutes. I was told to shop elsewhere and I recommend that as well.

I've purchased a few pairs of shoes from Dear Lucy and each time it has been a lovely experience. Most recently I went in to get waterproof boots for the fall, and when I asked about a specific brand (Blondos) the employee led me straight to them and was incredibly attentive while I debated what size to purchase. The next day part of the shoe broke, so I sent an email to Dear Lucy and they immediately responded and said I could bring it back in to switch it out for another pair. When I arrived two days later, they already had the boots boxed and ready for me to go. Anytime I want to purchase a higher quality shoe I go to Dear Lucy. I would highly recommend.

Being very fussy with my shoes, I often shop here when visiting from our boat in the marina, during the summer. However, the customer service is super hit or miss. We have had one very friendly, helpful salesperson and more often as of late, we have someone who acts like we are an inconvenience. Since they have a really great selection of shoes, this is super disappointing.

Charlotte and Siobhan were so helpful showing me a variety of sandals today. Even though the store was busy with customers, they gave me their undivided attention! I am so glad I bought the trendy Kork Ease sandals- I will definitely go back to Dear Lucy again. Great customer service.

An unfortunate experience today. Was excited for the dear Lucy birthday sale- bought a pair of birks. Saw receipt reflected a price of $145, $35 more than the sticker price. When bringing this to the attention of the employees it was not met with resolution. Comments such as “there’s nothing we can do,” “we are already giving you a discount (25% birthday discount per store ),” “we don’t have a manager on duty to override anything.”For being a customer with an account in the system for a while- I would expect a better customer experience. This shopping trip has led me to only shop when a manager is on duty. I spent more on a pair of sandals that was mis marked by the employee. I paid for a $26 of mistake that was not my doing and at the responsibility of Dear Lucy. Just disheartened at this experience. Hope others have a better one especially on this day of 5/7/23.

Ordered shoes over the phone. They came.in.a few days and where perfect. Customer service was very nice. No problems. Will definitely order again
