“The food is great! 9/10 ⭐️ My fiancé and I can’t get enough of Jr’s food. We highly suggest the Goulash, Shepard’s Pie and Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese. The cake and cookies are good too. We also recommend any flavor of the Shains of Maine quarts or the Hershey’s Honey Roasted Peanut Butter pints for ice cream.”
“My family all got our sandwiches here and it was the best panini I’ve had in a while.I was treated with respect and they made accommodations to customize my sandwich how I wanted. The fact that they seem to employ young workers is great and shows they care both about good food and their community :)”

“The folks at Champlain Farms are wonderful, especially the cook, Maria. I stop in almost every day for some of her food. The customer service is outstanding! The whole crew is friendly and they make the store really welcoming. Big thank you to Maria and the rest of the gang!”

“This place gets a bad rap but it is truly my go-to for both late night snacks and early morning Yerba mates. The staff has always been kind, prices are pretty mid-range for the area, and I think the selection is pretty good. I think of it fondly.”
“There's a lot of cashiers that work here the one that really sticks out to me and her name is Gage and I tell you what she's the sweetest person every time I go in there she'll bring a smile to your face so thank you very much again!”
“Had to stop for gas. While I was searching for cheaper gas, this location was pretty fairly priced. I liked how they had gloves on the pump handles, never seen that before.”
“My visit to Champlain Farms on North Avenue in Burlington Vermont was very very exceptional the store clerks Woody and Pam was so pleasant they gave us directions on how to get back to the highway and they even let our daughter use the bathroom that was signed out of water I would love to visit Vermont and have people like Woody and Pam greet us”
“I guess it's a love or hate thing with the Kwik Stop but I love this local establishment. Homemade food, Real Vermont staff. The creemee machine depends on staffing so call ahead. This is not Panera Bread!”
“12/21/2023 at 11:30AM - Just so proper employees are noted/notified if they ever see this. I picked up photos (ordered online, processed within an hour for pickup) and a few other items. It was very busy. I got in line and dreaded the wait. There was an older woman at the cashier killing it - she was moving that line very quickly. She called over to her very busy coworker - possibly manager - a man probably in his 30s who had a great attitude. They were a lovely team. There was a little bit of banter between them not different to what I hear in my own workplace, which made me laugh a little. The man who came over was talking about how busy photos were today I'm assuming because of the holiday season, but was not being negative at all and was clearly working really hard to get things done while maintaining a positive attitude. When he came over to help on register he didn't get that poor posture or mood change you see people get at other places - he remained calm and collected, joking around with the woman. I see some terrible reviews here and a few of them mention a specific employee. Who I saw today was not that person and that's how much the right employees can make a difference. This may seem like a long post for a short interaction, but I was impressed because I'm not used to seeing this anymore.”
“I've been going to this store since I was a super young kid, I was born a few neighborhoods down, the customer service is amazing. My brother worked there in his 20s, he was forced out of work after 3 consecutive 12 hour shifts. Good people, horrible management. People need to give the workers a break, they don't make the rules about when to close or what to lock up. I will say the place next door has better prices, but less options.”
“I am from TX and travel to VT monthly for work. My work needed to get me new forms after 5pm, and they sent a print order to a Walgreens nearby…. I got there to pick up and a hand-written sign said they closed early at 7pm…. It was 7:15… so we transferred the order to another walgreen nearby on Farrell. SAME THING! CLOSED AT 6pm.
Finally we found one that was opened until 10pm as Google has listed, and the software for printing malfunctioned.
I know all of this sounds very negative, but what happens next is why they get a five star review for me. The lovely manager at the third store on North Avenue was very kind and solution oriented. She found a way to get me the prints I needed even though the traditional methods weren’t working. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of! I’m so grateful for her and her team. I can’t so much for the other Walgreens locations nearby, but 1024 North Ave. will get all my money when I come to town each month.”

“I love everyone at this location. The pharmacists are knowledgable, friendly, and work hard to make sure everyone gets what they need in a timely manner. The security guard always welcomes me with a smile. The staff at the registers and throughout the store always help out when the self-scan gets upset and I don't feel like a nuisance (even though they're probably used to saying the same things over and over again). Overall, great people.”
“Excellent corner store! They’ll even take recs on things to add to shelves (like anchovies:). Lovely wine selection. Happy to have this place in my neighborhood.”
