“I took my family here when we took an overnight trip to Burlington. There is so much to see and do. This place is packed with opportunities to learn for people of all ages they had a science of flight exhibit where kids could make and launch paper airplanes. It was incredible how much you could learn about the lake and what lives in it. I highly recommend taking kids and making a day or two of a trip here.”

“This place is an amazing place to go when you just need peace of mind. It's nice to know that when your child is in the hospital going through some pretty rough stuff that you can go to a place like the Ronald McDonald House and feel any sort of comfort. Thank you for all that you've done for my family”

“I am a stage 4 cancer patient. We found Hope House and I was able to stay before and after surgery. My wife was able to stay for the whole time I was in the hospital. Great resource.”

“A while back we photographed a wedding at the Intervale Center, and it was such a perfect space for an outdoor wedding. It was an absolute dream to work in such a gorgeous location and hope to someday return. Thanks for sharing your lovely property with us!”

“Went here looking for something for a Halloween costume I had in mind. Not only did this store have the perfice peices for my costume, but they also had lots of high end products at ?scarily? low price! The woman who helped me find what I was looking for, Lisa was extremely kind and helpful as well. If you want a quaint little thrift shop with great prices and great products, this is the place!”

“I'd say it's been a hard week, though it is always hard; this week stings a bit extra. At the end of each week, I know I'll see my friends at PJC. I have always felt safe at PJC, I owe that to a special person who inspires all of my friends to be their best & weird selves. We don't get many of these types of leaders. I'm thankful for their caring, their kindness, and their love. They have given a man with a few disabilities a place where I am ALWAYS undeniably human. To a complex human who lights the way for us, may we continuously support you as you've continuously supported us.-A Volunteer”

“Four months ago my 2008 Saab 9.5 finally bit the dust, and I faced the time -consuming inconvenience of selling or disposing of it. As I have done before, I decided to donate it to GNG, and called them. They were very helpful; in one 10-minute call I gave them the basic information they needed, and I was able to sign over the deed and send it to them with no fuss, They came and collected the car a couple of days later, returned uncomplicated paperwork to me, and shortly afterwards sent me an acknowledgement of the value of my donation for tax purposes. It was quick, easy and clean; I knew I was helping other needy Vermonters, while saving myself time, trouble and uncertainty. GNG was efficient, courteous and professional in all of their dealings with me. Wouldn't it be nice if all our life challenges could be handled so well!”

“Donated blood and the folks there are always so friendly, informative, and caring. They also really seem to know what they are doing! Lots of snacks and beverages available with a comfortable place to recover. This is where I prefer to go to donate blood for sure!”

“ACV is truly an amazing, welcoming place with phenomenal instructors and students. This is more than just a simple dojo, it is a community of learners where students and teachers constantly help one another. As a parent, I’ve seen first hand the positive impact it has on kids - they learn discipline, develop confidence, get physical activity, and practice mindfulness all while learning a practical martial art. The atmosphere is friendly and not at all intense or competitive like many martial arts places around - everyone is there to learn together. If you are looking to learn a martial art or want to enroll your kids in a program that will help them develop into strong adults look no further!”
