I've been a customer of the merchant bank/ now Community for many years; and now, for any (working)person, the hours are just terrible for the College St location. 4pm on a week day,that's rediculous.

Says drive through is open on Saturdays 9-12 drove 30 minutes to bank, drive through was not open

This branch is awful. It was so much better when it was Merchants Bank. The worst part about it was the manager. So rude and impolite when I spoke to her. Avoid this branch like COVID
