I am a former President of a National bank and can say with strong authority that Chase Bank is the worst run bank I have ever come across. In particular, the management of the Burlington branch is exceptionally incompetent. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.

Took Jason a full week to verify that an American company banking with Chase for almost 2 years cannot have a JP Morgan Chase brokerage account when the solely director is a Canadian citizen!?! So... how my American company will sell its NASDAQ listed stock and/or buy and sell stock of other American listed companies?

Fourth time at this branch, third time I have had to wait over 20 minutes to simply deposit a check, 4 employees and 3 were fully useless. Save your time & money, bank somewhere else

I have been with Chase Bank for about 16 years now and they have always been great! I recently moved to Vermont and this was my first time at this branch. It was the friendliest service I have ever had at any Chase branch. It was very quick and efficient. The atmosphere was clean and I was greeted in a very friendly way.

Horrible bank. Horrible corporation.
In the interest of full disclosure I can't comment on this particular branch or their employees. I had Chase when I lived out of state briefly and I am so beyond disappointed to see this abomination of a bank infect our state. I had an account closed overnight, without warning, and without explanation. Eventually (a few weeks AFTER the fact) I was told it was closed because of "suspected fraud" and there was no mechanism to dispute the closure. The only money being deposited was a weekly paycheck and none of my expenditures could be considered suspicious. I was living practically paycheck to paycheck at the time. I'm not sure how a fedex paycheck, utility bills, and occasionally splurging on a big mac could be considered fraudulent, but whatever. I must be the worst fraudster ever. Anyway, be careful. I suggest having a backup bank because these folks have zero problem abruptly shutting down your account.

I would not recommend this bank to others as they have closed my account without my permission for recent fraud charges that were dealt with long ago and have since transferred them into any new card or account I make with them
