I had a very good experience with Carshare VT and the only reason I ended my membership was because I moved out of the area. It was a really great alternative to owning a car and saved me a ton of money and worry. I contacted the support a few times and had no problems getting issues resolved in a timely manner. It's a really great option to supplement the public transportation available.

A very convenient service. Super kind people who work here. Carshare is best for running errands, local moves and moving furniture, etc. Can also be used for day trips to the mountains and joy rides around the more rural parts of Vermont. Highly recommended. Very local friendly service. Good pricing too!!

I have been using CarShare for almost 2 years now, and I can't praise these folks enough. Always wonderful customer service, and the program itself is a great alternative to owning my own vehicle. Hefty 13/10 would recommend!

Quinn has always been super helpful and awesome. I’ve used this amazing resource a couple times to visit grad schools in Canada. I have never had any problems, and any confusion is fixed within minutes from someone on their great team. Thank you so much for all you do!!!!

I've been a member since the early days of CarShare. Having not owned a car for 20+years, I found their services a great opportunity for occasional errands and short trips.Recently I took advantage of the 10-day usage. I wanted to attend a family reunion in West Virginia but due to COVID felt uncomfortable flying and the availability of renting a car was not guaranteed. So, with a few weeks notice I secured Marvin, a Prius hybrid.What a great trip. The car rode well, got great gas mileage (not that I had to pay for it!), and whenever I had a question or concern, someone from CarShare was always available.Thank you CarShare, and my family thanks you, too.

Great company and idea overall! I got into an accident on the 30th of August by backing into a hidden parking sign. I had to pay over $900 out of pocket, since they don't require you have their or some sort of insurance. I would have definitely paid the $1 fee for a $500 deductible. I talked with someone with relation to where the accident happened and he said that I should have gotten a longer payment plan (12 months). Even though I had enough to cover it, I now have $4 in my checking in part due to the short payment plan time as a first year college student. If this never happened, this would be a 4 star review.

Thank You CarShare Vermont for making our quest to be car free a reality! We have enjoyed trying different cars in the fleet and so far have taken Clifford, Ginger, and Leon on some road trips. "Clifford" really enjoyed Ausable Chasm!
