Fantastic customer service! I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. We made an online order but bought the wrong size. We were greeted by three helpful salespeople when we came in. Ben helped my son try on 4 boots until he found the perfect fit. He was kind and eager to make sure we were set up correctly. They made the exchange easy. Thanks Burton!

I want to thank Burton and their staff who is going trough a tough time with one of their main servers being down and still coming through for me. I had a warrantied pair of boots that I desperately needed back before I had to cancel all my winter vacations. Every staff member I spoke with was great but Oliva saved my 2023 season and I can't thank her enough! She was able to contact a flagship store which had the last pair in stock and sent me out my boots right away. Kuddos to Oliva!!! An Kuddos to Burton which is such a great company. We use to call ourselves " The Burton Team " as we traveled the country with thier gear. And still today they have the best jackets , gear and equipment! Keep up the great work and fantastic customer support in some of the toughest of times!

We had scheduled an HQ tour, but we were running late, so when we arrived Bob was awesome and took us over to meet our group. While doing so, he gave us a very informative abbreviated tour. He provided insight on the company history, his personal experience and fun facts about HQ. He also was very knowledgable in product knowledge from older signature lines to new product drops. Overall, he really went out of his way to show us how stellar the Burton culture is at HQ! Thanks Bob for a fun impromptu tour and visit. We'll def be back, but in the meantime, keep rockin' it in the retail store and on the slopes, dude!

First time to store. Walked in, receptionist had head down. Okay, looks like we go past her. Nice! Awesomegear in the store, I was right. I go up to the counter and say hey to the girl, she says nothing, turns around, and goes and helps whoever she was working with. Cool, I'm not wearing snowboard gear, maybe I'm being stereotyped as a tourist or something. Walk around the store for about 5 minutes, betting homie would be a good salesdude. Nothing. Walk out the door past the receptionist girl, no goodbye, no thank you-- mute. Really weird energy, especially on a quiet Monday.

Just walked in there after an avid search for Step-on boots. There was only one employee at the counter (and seemingly the entire store) who was too engrossed in his telephone conversation to acknowledge patrons. As I stood in front of the check-out counter, vying for this employee's attention, I must have been graced with an invisibility cloak as he neither looked up or acknowledged my existence. Not exactly the customer service you would expect (especially after traveling hours). Quite disappointing. So the search continues, because I surely won't be giving this store my business (assuming they even had them in stock, all questions that could not be posed because of poor customer service).

Cool staff, helpful and welcoming! Looking for heated gloves and socks, didn't have but took the time to look up and make some recommendations. Nice snow gear!

Alan was amazing. He helped me personally for over an hour, answering all of my many questions and some I didn't know I had. He was very knowledgeable about different board shapes and helped me pick out the perfect setup for the terrain I wanted. He gave me a great glove recommendation and then spent a bunch of extra time setting up my board for me. What a guy!

Atrocious customer service. Website sent out the wrong bindings for the boot and binding combo I ordered. Asked customer support for an exchange on the bindings. Told nope, send it all, back, at my cost, then we'll issue a refund in 7-14 days, then in 30 it'll appear back on your card. Then order a new set. My season here in SoCal ends in 30 days. A simple, "Sure, we'll get those out to you, send us the wrong bindings back" or hell, even a "send the bindings back and we'll ship the right ones out when the small ones get in" would work too. Instead they told me to kick rocks, so sorry. It's clear the Burton image is entirely $$ on PR because when you actually deal with them, as a paying customer, you realize the company has a cancerous support system. What a sour taste they left in my mouth. Thanks for absolutely nothing Burton.
