With hundreds of 5 star reviews already, Brian's does not need my stars. But he and Jen and the entire staff, DESERVE them. As non-natives, we had a lot to learn about vehicles and caring for them in the north -coming from the equatorial regions of the globe- it is very different. Brian was the only owner/operator to spend quality time with me, explaining what NEEDED to be done vs. what didn't but COULD be if I chose. He educated me on what VT winter roads do to cars and Jen gave me the details on winter tires. They are constantly looking to save their customers money while keeping them safe on these crazy New England roads.Thank you all very much,I'm looking forward to having a long and dependable relationship with them!

I went to Brian's on a random weekday to have them check out the clanking sound coming from the back of my car. Brian took it for a spin and fixed the minor problem, I was in and out within 20 minutes. Very professional while having a really great attitude. Would highly recommend and would 100% return.

I was on vacation, from CT, with my two boys. My truck broke down and I suspected I blew out front wheel bearings (accurately diagnosed) - so I wasn’t going anywhere! I called Brian first and the woman I spoke to, presumably his wife, was exceptionally kind and considerate, and she had me talk to Brian directly. I explained my situation to Brian and he was direct and honest with me and sympathetic to my situation. I immediately got the impression I could trust him and I was right. He went out of his way to be honest, fair and set aside other customers ahead of me (sorry to y’all) to not only find the parts in a few hours but to put my vehicle back together within about 5 hours. I was dumbfounded and would have only expected this type of honesty, fairness and service from a close friend(s) or family member! Did I mention his pricing was completely fair and he didn’t try to gouge me given my circumstances?! Brian and team are truly ‘salt of the earth’ people and have my utmost appreciation and gratitude ?

Brian was closed Memorial Dsy 2024. He was working on a prrsonal project at his shop. I was traveling and the circuit that powers my refrigerator wasn’t working. He stopped to
explain the possibilities and set up a service call for the next day in his extremely busy garage. The problem was solved shortly and I went on my way. Tje fee was nominal. I’m glad I listened to several people who sent me to
Brian’s.

There's no better mechanic out there! They do great work and Brian is incredibly generous with his time, explaining his recommendations clearly and thoroughly so you know what needs to be done and why. It's so rare to find a mechanic you feel like you can totally trust, but Brian's North End Auto is it.

My daughter had a dead battery after skiing today. Stuck at Sugarbush and AAA on hold for hours …She was able to get the car jumped. I called Brian and explained the situation I asked if he could put in a new battery. He said of course but I will check the battery first to be sure it’s dead since the car is fairly new. Also it was 3 pm on a Friday with major snow storm approaching. She drove straight to Brian’s. He checked the battery and yes it’s bad. So he replaced! Quick easy fair and honest service. We will only go to Brian’s now!!!
