“With hundreds of 5 star reviews already, Brian's does not need my stars. But he and Jen and the entire staff, DESERVE them. As non-natives, we had a lot to learn about vehicles and caring for them in the north -coming from the equatorial regions of the globe- it is very different. Brian was the only owner/operator to spend quality time with me, explaining what NEEDED to be done vs. what didn't but COULD be if I chose. He educated me on what VT winter roads do to cars and Jen gave me the details on winter tires. They are constantly looking to save their customers money while keeping them safe on these crazy New England roads.Thank you all very much,I'm looking forward to having a long and dependable relationship with them!”

“One of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic. The reason why is because Graham was a great communicator, personable, and did the job well and in a timely fashion. It's pretty tough to find mechanics that meet those first two criteria - I find most of them to be fairly cold and bad at explaining things. Graham actually called me when my car was done! I won't name names but another mechanic in the area failed to do that.
On top of that, during a routine service appointment, Graham went above and beyond to remove something I had mistakenly dropped under the hood. I highly recommend Graham and Ray.”

“I've been going to Vitale since 2011 for all things car related. I find him to be extremely busy, but despite that he has always been honest, direct, reliable and definitely not interested in up selling me. If anything he has saved me likely thousands of dollars of unnecessary work pushed on me at the Kia dealership. He finds me generic parts for half the price. My only feedback is that this guy is often slammed- he's a one man show doing everything himself and delegating to his crew. If you need your car within a certain timeline, let him know. He will let you know if he can get that turnaround time or not. I live around the corner so I can be flexible here and there if his estimates aren't spot on (time wise), which helps with all the moving parts energy. The good news, folks love him and he's slammed for a reason.”
“I brought my car here for an unexpected service while in town for business and I couldn't be happier and more thankful for Hoang's Auto Repair. Both of my front wheel bearings went bad while in town and after calling about a dozen local shops in the area, this place was the only repair shop able and willing to get me back on the road. Every place I called was booked for 2 to 4 weeks out but Hoang Auto was able to squeeze me in immediately. I highly recommend this shop for any vehicle service needs you have.”
