1 30000 puff vap lasts as long as a 2000 puff loon honestly loon is probably Long lasting and is 20 dollars more just because they auto connect to Bluetooth closest and sell my info. The other one v play works 1 time then turns on till auto shut off nearly lighting its self on fire in my car I never ever had have any things like this I've been vaping for years thanks for this amazing waist of 70 dollars I perched each 3 days ago

Have been shopping at artisan for some time and the staff is always very helpful. The clerk, Lain, is particularly phenomenal and always helps out. The owner is alright too. The store has a much better selection than Valley Vapes.

Artisan probably the best vape shop in Burlington, they got the best service, high quality vapes, and good prices. Plus I’ve met the owner, Faizan, and he’s really knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic service! I was helped and taken care of proper but Laine they helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Proper knowledge of the products and so polite. Quick and easy stop at artisan and left happy.

Staff were very unwelcoming. Rude from the moment I walked in the door after a very long travel for no reason. The gothic girl sold me this refillable vape which I am not familiar with which is what I wanted but she didn’t offer me an atomizer. Now I’m sitting here with a product I cannot use. It’s been like a week and I feel the need to post review. Great products, poor attitudes and lack of customer service. Very unfortunate.

Unfortunately I bought several vapes that malfunctioned or broke after a week or 4. I think these are overpriced, low quality devices.

Best vape shop in town! They have a great selection and know their stuff. It's hard to beat the options they have in store. Super cool layout, pool table, great music and a bar to test juices at which is a huge plus.

This review is long over due. I have been going on a monthly basis for 4 years. Artisan has a great variety of ejuice and mods. The best thing about going is interacting with the staff. Faizon, Travis, Lain, Dylan and Alex are very attentive to your needs. If an item is not in stock they will special order it for you. I highly recommend this store for all your vaping needs. You will not be disappointed.

Artisan Vapor is my go to spot. that said, it's 1:15 mins from my new home. I recently went and forgot the device I was shopping for. I tried to describe it, but I ended up home with coils that didn't fit. I called to seek a resolution and expressed my disappointment about the wasted 1hr + trip. The owner literally offered to drive to my house to fix it! I thought that was too much, so I offered to meet halfway on my route to drop my kiddo at her mom's 2 days later. The man was there, on time, with what I needed. I was so super impressed. As I told him; This is the kind of business I root for! This guy cares about your experience and the rep of his store. He will make it right! GREAT SHOP!
