I've been going to Vitale since 2011 for all things car related. I find him to be extremely busy, but despite that he has always been honest, direct, reliable and definitely not interested in up selling me. If anything he has saved me likely thousands of dollars of unnecessary work pushed on me at the Kia dealership. He finds me generic parts for half the price. My only feedback is that this guy is often slammed- he's a one man show doing everything himself and delegating to his crew. If you need your car within a certain timeline, let him know. He will let you know if he can get that turnaround time or not. I live around the corner so I can be flexible here and there if his estimates aren't spot on (time wise), which helps with all the moving parts energy. The good news, folks love him and he's slammed for a reason.

Excellent, honest service. reasonably priced. Vitalie saved the day for us when we needed a Saturday appointment quickly, due to an unexpected vehicle issue on our road trip to Vermont. Vitalie accurately diagnosed and fixed the issue, even providing transportation to our nearby lodging while we waited. As it turns out, the issue was a serious one, which could have been disastrous if it had not been resolved. Thank you so much Vitalie! May God bless you!

I dropped off my car at 1pm just for an oil change and requested to have my car back by the end of the day because I had work the next morning at 6am. When I called later that day, they said it would be done by 6:30pm. Then, radio silence. I ended up having to take a $45 uber in the morning to work because I was car-less... A-One Auto Repair does not take women seriously and I would recommend not going here.

Vitalie has been taking car of my 2008 Honda for the past 8 years working hard to keep it running. Throughout that time he has always been hard working, honest and professional. I couldn't recommend him and his shop enough. I've always felt like my car has been in good hands.

He pretty much lied about me needing a new engine. 3k is what Vitali said it would cost to fix my ride. I was from another state. Total cost at another mechanic 450 dollars!!! Rip off

I just moved here and came across Dolan's on Yelp. They had great reviews, so I figured I'd give them a shot at my first inspection in VT. It's really easy to see why they are rated so highly. They are exceptionally friendly, really easy to work with, and went above and beyond to get my inspection done same day. I won't give all the details, but they went out of their way to help me out and I was able to get my car back in a timely manner. I am so thankful and I will be bringing my car there any time I need work done in the future.

Vitale is the only mechanic I trust with my car. He does great work in a timely manner and is incredibly accommodating. When he replaced my bushings, he kept my old ones just to show me what they looked like and how they operate. He's an all around great guy and an even better mechanic.

Trustworthy, affordable, conveniently local, and very kind! I am grateful to have found a mechanic that isn't out to sell me repairs I don't need because I'm a woman. I'm 34 and this is literally the first inspection that I have not been told I need a few hundred dollars worth of services like various "fluid rinses" and new brake pads on my already new brakes for my low-mileage, reliable car. I got frustrated to tears last time I left a mechanic; this time I left fairly giddy with appreciation. Thank you, Dolan's!

Great guys did a fantastic job. We are on vacation and our truck road really badly for the 12 hours it took to get here. We were soo stressed out! Didn't want to continue to Canada in a questionable car. Got recommendations from restaurant next door and confirmed on Yelp. They took us in immediately the next business day diagnosed it right away and had it all fixed by lunchtime.And at a great price!. We are so grateful. Drove to Canada without any issues yesterday. Thanks guys!!!

My son's car was finally repaired, but it ruined his spring break and he missed planned family events because the mechanic kept promising the car would be done. He had the car towed to One Automotive on Friday and was promised it would be fixed on Monday. The wrong part was ordered. There was a storm Tuesday night and then he was told the part would not get there until Wednesday. The car was finally fixed at 6:30 pm on Friday--an entire week later. Unfortunately, my son missed out on spring break because they did not follow through.

The owners of this auto shop are incredibly wonderful. Sean was very patient with me over the phone and extremely accommodating. I never felt as though I was being deceived or ripped off compared to my prior experiences with other mechanics. It was a very comfortable experience, especially having just moved to the area and not knowing anyone in town. I'm glad to give my business and to support small business owners. Thank you Dolans!
