Over the years I have had multiple occasions when I needed auto body repairs. Jay has always provided great service and great quality. Before finding Windham Coach & Carriage, I used another shop where the service and quality were not always reliable. I appreciate having a reliable shop when we need one..

Jay and his Team do fantastic work as proven time and time again. I whacked a mirror with the front fender on my truck. Jay and his Team repaired it to factory condition. They mix their own paint to match the application versus using premixed colors. Highly recommended. Check the other four 1 star reviews the previous poster has written before basing any validity on his review of this local, honest, small business.

This shop claims to do honest and good work only that isn't the case. I took my car here for a trunk lid painting plus my bumper to be fixed on an insurance claim. First of two problems, he quoted me for the FULL deck lid to be painted and after getting my car back I noticed my licence plate hadn't even been removed thus finding that he only painted half. When I picked my car up he didn't even bother mentioning that he only did half I had to call him out on it and after doing and asking for some money back because I paid for a FULL deck lid to be painted and he only did HALF. He didn't give me a cent back and tried justifying himself after he was caught. Second issue was the simple insurance claim that was suppose to have my bumper fixed from someone hitting it. He was suppose to fix the current bumper and it would have looked just fine. Instead he bought a after market bumper and had that put on only to not fit and he knew this. I called him after talking to my insurance company and asked why he didn't follow what the insurance company gave him the money for. I asked where my old bumper was and he told me it was gone. Only after bringing it up again, my original bumper that was taken off just showed back up out of the blue, strange? I have spent over 3grand here before and also when spending that money he made it seem like my money wasn't good enough because he had "bigger contracts" to worry about then my car. I've also had to bring my car back to be re-painted due to their poor fast work and paint not being mixed properly. STAY AWAY!!!
