If I could give less Stars I would. Every time I come here there's some new reason somebody doesn't know how to do their job they make up something new why they can't do the prescription. Threatened to call the cops when I asked them to speak with my provider. Stupid people. Trash customer service. Pharmacy people are lazy and illiterate.

New to the area and tried other pharmacies before this location because of the horrible reviews. I’ve since had several excellent transactions here. It’s a clean and well stocked pharmacy inside, especially compared to others in the area. The pharmacy staff have been helpful and friendly—on top of things and offering helpful advice. And the location has a drive thru, which is so appreciated. I’m on several regular medications, so am relieved to have found a location to count on. Hope this helps others find the same!

Prescriptions won’t be filled the same day. Waited three days to get my full prescription for my son and now have waited all day for my prescription to be filled. I’ll try tomorrow.

Often out of medication, very understaffed. To their credit though Brattleboro has had three pharmacies close in the past year and they’ve been able to take on a lot of that responsibility so I do understand the slow times

Absolutely the worst pharmacy chain out there. They will make you drive to the store before they tell you if they have a medication in stock- "for the safety of the staff" WTF. Is Brattleboro so ghetto that they fear to even let people know if they have a medication. Go mail order and avoid these ridiculous policies and chain.

On June 12, 2023, they gave me the wrong dosage of medication. My doctor's office sent them the correct prescription, but Walgreens filled it at twice the prescribed dosage. When I spoke to the pharmacist, he first tried to tell me that what they dispensed was correct, then acknowledged that they had given me the incorrect dosage but blamed in on the way the doctor's office had written it, saying that "wasn't how we usually see it." I caught the error, but what if I hadn't? What if the next person doesn't?Within a few hours, there was a reply from someone at Walgreens inviting me to email or call with details of the problem. I emailed to the provided address with full details and my contact info, but as of June 24 there has been no follow-up. It's time for a snail mail letter to Customer Relations at Walgreens, with a copy to the CEO, Rosalind Brewer. There's no evidence Walgreens is taking this seriously, which is perhaps an even bigger problem than the original mistake.

i find it difficult to adequately express how poor the service is at this Walgreens pharmacy. The lack of care and concern from the staff is concerning. The attitude expressed by staff indicate that they view their role as a joke. I feel that my health is being negatively impacted by their inability to adequately fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. The staff is nearly impossible to reach, and they do not seem to adequately track the progress of prescriptions. Apparently, they forgot to ship prescriptions which were ordered and paid for online. Staff have stated they have shipped but the Walgreens app still lists them as awaiting shipment. This store is potentially dangerous. I hope the actual pharmacist is paying attention to the prescriptions and the individual drugs...I am not confident.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. The staff clearly don’t want to do their jobs. I called in a script midday for my partner who’s struggling to breathe right now and just came right before closing (8pm) to beg them to fill the script. When I told the tech how sick my partner is - that’s what finally convinced her to fill it. This is insane. In previous visits I’ve had the techs talk trash about customers to each other in front of me.Please hire competent staff!

I have yet to experience a smooth transaction. They constantly have an issue with filling prescriptions on time and are grossly understaffed. Don't go to the other Walgreens in Brattleboro either. I've spent easily 6 hours of my life dealing with their mishaps and I've only filled 2 prescriptions with them. Go ANYWHERE else. Don't make the same mistake I did. Especially someone new to Brattleboro

The slowest Pharmacy I’ve been to. Incompetent at efficiently taking costumers AS WELL AS not filling prescriptions when they are called in days ahead of time. This has been the case the last 6 times I’ve been here. I would recommend filling your prescription elsewhere if you actually need it.

If I could I would do 0 stars, I have never had as many problems with a pharmacy then here. My sons scrip has been sitting there for over a week. They said it would be filled tomorrow (yesterday) so I figured it would be good but called anyway before I left they said they didn’t fill it due to I have to pay (which I already confirmed I would with the person yesterday and asked them to fill it) so he said he would get it ready and it would be good to go by three.Put my 3 month old in the car and drive to town. To be told they need to order it and don’t even have the medicine. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will never be going here again. My son has been with out this medication for over a week now. Doing stuff like this could really cause someone their life. They need to step up and do their job.

This has nothing to do with Covid-19 period. This Walgreens has the WORST customer service of any pharmacy around. They use a phone system that keeps you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and then a person answers only to put you on hold AGAIN, and while waiting an equally long time you get disconnected! In person is no better. They are disinterested in doing their job. Counter staff is Curt and rude. The scripts are NEVER ready when they say it is. THIS GOES BBACK TO pre- Covid so there is no excuse. They are just Inept. Plain and simple. I refuse to do business with them.
