The folks there, like Jordan were very helpful, even going beyond the usual call of duty by helping us get the hot water heater down in the basement and all thank you all again from Ralph ?.

Last night we called and ordered a part and were told it'd be there at 930 am the next day. So we went to pick it up this afternoon. We asked the girl who had her dog on the counter, for the part, she instantly snapped it won't be in till next week. My boyfriend said in a normal tone, you said it'd be in this morning.She instantly started screaming at us.I was caught off guard?I mean this girl obviously has serious mental health issues. She got loud used profanity-started yelling insults at us. We will NEVER go there again.She needs to be reprimanded severely. Got an extra straight jacket? Cause she needs it. I felt attacked.
