I have been using TCC (Verizon) in Brattleboro for the last 4 or so years. Every time I walk in, I’m treated very well regardless of who is working. I drive all the way from Massachusetts because I know I’ll have a great experience every time. They’re able to answer all my questions, do things correctly (saves me time and a trip back), and always treat me like family. I witness and hear these things from other customers as well. Highly recommended to come here for all your Verizon and cellphone needs.

I had a great experience with the help at the
Verizon store. First Rodney then Blaine were helpful but Tri was the one that help get everything set up for me which he did a great job & made me feel confident in the choice I made for a new phone. I was at a loss of what to do but am happy with the experience, courtesy, kindness & help I was given.

Great experience. I went on to the Brattleboro store with the goal of purchasing a new phone and charging my plan . Rodney McFarlane assisted me . It was a long process but thru out it he was knowledgeable and good humored. Even tho the process time was lengthy ,he helped to make the time pass quickly. Thanks!

I used to have Verizon and then switched to another carrier for the last 3 years. Huge mistake. My dropped calls escalated as soon as I left Verizon. The other carrier’s overseas plan was awful. I missed Verizon. 3 frustrating years later, I’m back. Better coverage. Better overseas plan. It’s worth it.
If you go to the Brattleboro store, ask for Blaine. He’s a Phone God. Actually, he’s a Tech God. Blaine zipped through those menus and he synced difficult phone situations, even a destroyed phone. He handled every single issue with speed and sheer capability.
At one point, I think he had 8 tech-handling arms, like an octopus, making our complicated situation smooth and easy. Not sure how he did that.
We should clone Blaine and each and every one of us could have a Blaine Clone in our living rooms, just to help us all with the maddening tech issues that confound us every day. Please Verizon, clone Blaine. Put one in every store, and pay him all the salaries. He deserves it. I’ll never go to another carrier again, and I’ll only deal with Blaine the Supreme Phone God, because he was all the amazing.
