I am very disappointed. I left a water bottle by accident, which is not like me. I spoke with someone about a friend picking it up and six days later my friend showed up and found out they had thrown it away. When she expressed her shock, they told her they cannot keep things forever. They gave me no time limit, and I indicated it would be a week or two before the friend picked it up. 6 days and a commitment from me I was coming and they threw it away. They also had my email and phone number.

For a 2 star hotel this place is spot on. It's clean, organized and dated. If you need a place to crash, or an experience with the kids this is a great spot. Suited my needs exactly, plus the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Pluses- very clean, comfortable beds, nice bedding, very quiet, updated bathroom with nice shower, nice front desk folks. Convenient location.
Drawbacks- very musty and airless- we left the fan and air-conditioning on all night but was still musty and thick in the morning- we felt like there was very little fresh air entering the room. Window did not open.
Basic breakfast. Cheap towels. Price was $150 for graduation- very expensive for the facilities.
I suggest a second floor room- they had their windows open.

Nothing great, but it was clean, and it works for a couple of nights to get away and not spend much.

Overall, a decent place to stay with good service from the front desk. The room is mostly clean except a few places need to pay closer attention.

Perfect for a room for under $100.00. Just need a place to bed down for the night.
This is the 2nd time I stayed at this property this season. Clean sheets and clean bathroom are all I need. Bones is free coffee in the morning. If you’re looking for something more in Vermont during Ski season, you’re going to pay three to four times as much. Easy on and off RT 91 covenant to RT 30. The only thing is the air fresher in the lobby but it’s not used throughout the hotel. But the best part, NO PETS stayed in a place down the street and had a allergy induced asthma attack as soon as I walked in the room.

My partner and his daughter reserved their room for a ski trip through a third party website. He called the day before to confirm the room was paid in full. Upon arrival they wanted to run a card for $100 security deposit. I understand why they do this but it wasn't mentioned before hand. My partner is a bit old fashioned and doesn't like credit cards. He only has a debt card. He withdrew money for this trip. His debt card declined. They refused to accept a cash deposit, REFUSED TO LET ME CALL AND COVER THE SECURITY DEPOSIT ON MY CARD (stating policy was i must be present) and would not issue a refund or any form of receipt confirming they we refusing them access to the room because of the security deposit (so they could pursue a refund from the other company) The man at the counter was rude and unaccommodating. They had to drive several hours home in a snowstorm and miss the second day of skiing. There is absolutely no reason I shouldn't have been able to cover the security deposit. The point is if the room is damaged you get paid. Why does it matter who's card it is!? And it was a grown man and his kid checking in, not a bunch of partying College kids or anything. Absolutely ridiculous
