We love giving the Auto Mall our business! Just purchased our second GMC from them! The customer service we received is outstanding. Shane is our go to guy who helps us with sales and he always hooks us up! Very responsive had everything ready for us when we came to pick up our second car. Answered all my husbands questions throughout the week and had us fully prepared. I recommend them to all of our family and friends.

Almost buy a truck that was offered to me as 0 accident and clean carfax drove over 4hrs because it was what I was looking for. upon arrived the paint of the right side of the bed the paint looked clowdy.I tried to get the truck for less and they insisted that the price of the truck was a bargain even tho tires were bald .So got home and stil was thinking to go back and buy the truck but start doing more reaserch and find out that the truck was involved into an accident .Reported to them and they denied it VIN:1C6SRFKT3NN194243 so beware if planning to buy here

Beware buying anything from these dishonest Horrible people. They lie and waste time to push you into buying there overpriced vehicles. Will say one thing then completely disregard there statements. They will lie to you and take advantage of you no matter your situation

Buyer beware. We recently purchased a SUV from here. It was filthy inside. The salesman said he sent it to the detailing department three times, and the work was shoddy every time. He told us that if we took it to have it detailed and sent him the bill, they would reimburse us. We submitted it (the bill) to them weeks ago and have heard nothing by the way or reimbursement. He also told my husband that they “put new tires on it.” They did not. We’ve had it only a couple of months and just had to put new tires on.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!If you want the details keep reading...Sales manager is disrespectful and rude. I do not appreciate being spoken to on the phone like that and he refused to fulfill the promises that the sales guy sold me on when I bought a 90 thousand dollar vehicle from them. I definitely will not be buying here again and I would recommend you bring your business elsewhere.

They will take advantage of you even if you are going through very hard times. Lie to your face and tell you a different story after you pay- they recently sold me a car and they were fully aware my son is awaiting a heart transplant in Boston. I told them it was very important the AC was working. They Made me wait all day while the car was ‘In the shop’ never fixed the AC and put more problems on my plate while already in a very hard time. Its sad people are like this

We brought in our Chevy for an inspection sticker because of a check engine light. It needed a few parts and they told us they were on backorder. Three weeks later we get a call to let us know that our vehicle was "vandalized and broken into"! Like what!? So, now they had to order more parts for the vandalization. They told us Friday. Friday comes and goes, then Monday comes, it'll be Tuesday, and finally we get it on Wednesday. We FINALLY get it back $4,000 later and now guess what? I'm sorry, we can't give you a sticker you have to drive for 200 miles before we will. We drive it and the check engine light comes back on. I make an appointment to go BACK. I'm sorry we can't give you a sticker, we have to clear the light THEN you have to drive it 200 miles. So, I cancelled the appointment. $4,000 later still no sticker and check engine light on. Don't waste your time or money, just a money grab. Oh and you're at risk for getting your vehicle broken into! It's a gamble here for sure. We will say that Amy was very nice, it's not her fault that the techs were incompetent.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! I once said years ago that I would never purchase another vehicle from this establishment but thought since it has changed a bit, I would try again.... Well needless to say I will never buy another vehicle from this establishment. Our car salesman was amazing, and we think the world of him. The financial team and managers are a different story then the service department is horrendous. First of all we should have walked out when the financial team was getting our paperwork together and a well known local business man came in and they stopped helping us and asked us to come back the next day so they could be at his beck and call. Hmmm strike #1 on professionalism. Then we buy this truck and have had nothing but problems with the springs in it. Only to be told it is our fault because we oil under coated our vehicle and they don't recommend doing that. They charge me to look at the vehicle and tell me nothing is wrong with it and to wash off our oil undercoating. So waste our money so we can have a rotted out pos in a couple years to buy a new truck. Nah I'm good. They pressure washed the oil undercoating then said the problem was fixed. Thanks for wasting my money. Low and behold we are back because the persistent noise is back once again, we are accused of going and getting our truck oil under coated again (which is not true) and we are costing them money. We bring it to our own mechanic and in 3 minutes he tells what the problem is and he calls auto mall himself and talks to them. They agree to replace the part but are not happy about it because we are wasting their money. Fully warranted truck. It had 5 miles on it when we drove it off the lot and only has 12k on it now a year later. We have been doing this for the last 4 months. We had to schedule a time when we could leave the truck there for a few days. While I'm there fuming because they are an absolute joke and try talking down to me because I'm a female, I see there google reviews scrolling by on a big screen. I ask them if they are honest with their customers and let the negative reviews scroll across that screen? He was appalled and even said, and I quote "We do not show the negative reviews because they hurt our business and we don't want people to see them." Then says to my husband when he went back in to get the paper "Please beg her not to leave a bad review as it doesn't look good for us!" Strike 2 because no matter what you should be transparent and honest. Now we have scheduled our oil change and a time for them to fix the spring, wouldn't you know that once again we are accused of going to get another oil undercoating. I don't know about any of you, but I can assure you that I would not be throwing money away on oil undercoating's. So, we left yet again without anything being fixed and another paper that says dirt and the oil undercoating are causing the problem. They just do not want to do the work because they would lose a little bit of money. They are a terrible establishment and want to hear nothing about actually helping you and having satisfied customers as long as people continue to line the pockets of the owner. I will never purchase another vehicle from them and I will never recommend anyone to either. They entire place is shady and just out to screw anyone over.

Josh Cassaro was the young Man helping me with my choice of vehicle , he new i needed something safe and affordable of fuel as i drive a significant distance to work each day . he was extremely helpful and extremely paitent with me and that was very much appreciated . i am fully aware that sales men are their to make a deal however saying that Josh was more interested that my car would be the correct fit for myself , i truely believe Josh Cassaro is a huge asset to Auto Mall he is a gem . buying a new veicle can be overwhelming but this experience was for myself helpful and exciting so thanks for that . and i would like to add Tony in finance and Mike even though Mike did get my name wrong he was an outstanding person to deal with . thank you all for the help and i will strongly urge my friends and co-workers to come see the sales department if looking for a new or used vehicle in the future . thank you all again an extremely satisfied customer Beverly Boczkowski

Truck delivered with fuel tank hanging off. Paperwork incorrect with wrong drivers license. Paperwork not sent for review as asked. Instead emailed minutes before truck arrived. Truck shakes above 65 mph, told they can’t look at it for at least 2 weeks.Update:Front tires were flat spotted and replaced under warrant the next day after speaking with sales manager Mike. I’m still not sure how 2 out of four tires could be flat spotted, but the front shake is gone, rear might have vibration. Overall this review will be updated to a 4. But I can not recommend buying a GMC right now. Brattleboro AutoMall would be an average dealership if the manufacturer produced better vehicles. But they don’t seem to be equipped at this point to make a purchase and follow . If you have problems you might feel like you have a $90k paper weight on your hand, but Michael came through getting us into service and service was fast, efficient, and friendly. So dealer goes from 1 to 4. But choose a Ford if that is an option until GMC improves quality and price.

Service department is either dishonest or unskilled. Over the winter my wife bought our Acadia in after a trip up from NY. The oil light was on and the car was very low on oil. There was smoke coming from the engine so we assumed something was wrong. After a day, they told us that ALL the engine seals were bad. Quoted $3000 to replace. I felt like I had no choice but in hindsight I should have gotten a second opinion. Had to rent a car to go home, then come back a week later with another car to pickup. Noticed that the ride was horrible in front end. Took to my local dealer and he said the front struts were shot. Said they most likely hung the engine from the struts while they replaced the seals instead of supporting it on a lift. That cost me another $600 so over $4k spent. A month later the same exact thing happened. I just added oil and it was fine. Turns out the car with 180,000 miles was just burning oil excessively. Either they didn't think about it, or knew it but decided to make some real money. Probably the NY plates did me in and I felt completely taken advantage of. I would avoid this place at all costs.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! My wife and I were promised by our salesperson, the sales manager and even the finance manager that we would be receiving our spare set of keys to our 2019 Toyota Highlander shortly, they needed to first locate them and if they couldn't locate them they would have one made for us. We bought the car in February 2022, called at least 8 times to check on the whereabouts of our spare keys and here it stands still without the spare set of keys. My wife spoke to the sales manager today who basically explained to her that he was under the impression that she was lying to them, even though their records and their saleswoman, Bailey, agreed with us, because it has been so long and that their hands were tied and that they would not be getting us a spare set of keys. He said "it's your fault for not following up harder"!!!! Shady business and shady business practices!!! He then said "this conversation is over!".... Business must be booming over there to feel like talking to a person who spent a lot of money at your company like this is acceptable!!! Whoever owns the Auto Mall, your employees are useless and are costing you so much money in the long term... I will never buy a car fromYou again unless this is made right and I will be sure to tell everyone I come across who is wanting to buy a car to not come here and explain how terrible of an experience we had after purchasing our car after you already had our money!!!
