I purchased a bouquet to be delivered to my grandmother, and they could not have done a better job. Although they were expensive, the prices are very comparable to other florists and you definitely get the quality that you pay for. The ordering process was quick and simple, with lots of customization options, and they were able to take my order and deliver it within a few hours! Their customer service is exceptional, and when I spoke with their representative over the phone they were extremely professional and willing to answer all my questions and cater to my special requests. Great product, great people!

They put together eight bouquets in a surprise message format for my fiancé that were both beautiful and FUN! They listened well to my request when taking the phone order and pulled it off beautifully with arrangements that helped him solve the puzzle! Five stars for this florist! Thank you!

I wanted to send flowers to my son in New York City and wasn't sure where to begin. After looking online at various options in the City, and not liking any of the arrangement choices, I remembered how helpful Alva Jean at Taylor for Flowers in Brattleboro has been in the past. After placing the order online at their website, I received a call from Alva Jean, who went above and beyond to make sure I got what I ordered at a fair price. I did not realize that there would be a price difference for the location and that the NYC florists may not be able to offer the same arrangement. After making several calls on my behalf, Alva Jean called me back to say that the order was all set and would only cost $10 more for the New York City delivery. Once again, I am delighted to order flowers through Taylor for Flowers. I highly recommend this florist and especially Alva Jean, their miracle worker.

My fiancé and I wanted to get something for his mom, but living across the country in Alaska, we weren’t sure of what to get her. I did some searching and found this flower shop, I placed my order around 5:30PM Alaska time, the website said it would deliver in a few days (which we were fine with since it was pretty last minute). The next day we wake up to a text from his mom and a picture of the flowers. They were delivered so fast!!!! And she is soooo happy. I’m very pleased with this experience, she said it made her cry. I will definitely keep this shop in mind for the future!

Unfortunately had flowers ordered and am confused as to why the recipient received without card attachment from WHO sent flowers? Sad your establishment didn't have any replacement card when the driver delivered.

I highly recommend this business.Alva Jean is an amazing lady. I am in my sisters wedding in 2 weeks and we had a major dress dilemma. I called around to others that worked specifically with Mori Lee dresses with no return calls or help. Alva Jean immediately contacted the company for me to see if a dress in my size and color were available for Express delivery. it was a shot and of course they didnt have one but she was so professional and above all helpful. She listened well and understood my situation and jumped into action. Thank you Alva Jean!
