My vehicle has been in the shop for 3 days waiting for one part from this store. The first time they sent it, it was the wrong part. Couldn't get the right part until the next day and they never sent it to the shop. Now I'm without a vehicle for another day and possibly the weekend.

Excellent customer service, they didn't have the exact item I was looking for but took the time to find me a decent product to get my job done. I had 3 employees helping me at one point. It wasn't very busy at all and there's plenty of parking for my big truck. Thank you for your assistance.

We went there to get a few things we needed so while I waited, I looked at the gloves. I grabbed a pair the women rang them up they rang up the wrong price.

got a battery which the salesperson put on the rather high counter. after paying i took the battery off the counter and discovered that it was extremely heavy and wrenched my back. there were 3 people behind the counter who looked unoccupied and none of them warned me about the weight or offered to carry the battery out to the car. i'm a 68 year old person and shouldn't have had to do this. talked with the manager and he explained that they were caught by surprise that i grabbed it and didn't know what to do, so brought some of this on by my own actions. not all their fault.
