Every time I go the pharmacy for a prescription refill, it’s not ready. It doesn’t matter if the prescriber sent the order in two days ago, five days ago, or a week ago. Every single time they tell me it’s not ready and ask me to come back in half an hour.
My schedule is stressful enough as it is, trying to reorganize everything just so I can waste more gas to make another trip through town to the pharmacy is infuriating.
Several times my child has run out of medication because of how many days it took the pharmacy to fill the prescription.

Truly awful. The pharmacy is so rude and they just don't answer the phone. Refills aren't ready, even when you get a text or email saying they are, and you have to wait in a huge line just to find that out. People depend on medications for their livelihood and the workers just don't care.

There was no zero I had to put one my husband has been trying to get his meds for over a month lisinopril and trilogy they are rude mean obnoxious and if anything happens to my husband there's going to be trouble because they can not handle the workload the pharmacist is mean I witnessed him telling a really old man to come and get his meds at another time the old man decides to tell him I can't get a ride up here pharmacist said well I guess I'll see you when I see you then when next time you can get up here that is not a proper way to handle patients and the cashier refuse to put our coffee down and would not give us her name she is nasty and does not belong working with the public thank you

Refills are never ready when I get there, despite getting emails that they’re ready for pickup. Every single month this happens, whether I go in the same day as the email or a few days later. No matter how much time I give them, nothing is ready. They claim you have 12 days to pick up your script, but I went in after 4 days and they’d already put it back on the shelf (or maybe they just never filled it in the first place…), so I had to stand around for 20 minutes waiting for them to refill it (after already waiting in line for 20 minutes). They don’t follow their own policies. They’re dishonest. There’s no accountability or responsibility for this, I’ve never received an apology for the inconvenience they cause, and nothing ever improves regardless of complaints.
Pharmacy also rarely picks up the phone, so there’s no way to ensure scripts are ready before going in (since the emails are obviously unreliable). They waste your time no matter which route you take. It’s essentially impossible to get your scripts on time, which is so unacceptable when you’re dealing with people’s medications.
The pharmacy app does not work properly, it always says I have no refills ready for pickup, but then I get an email saying I do (but then I go in and they haven’t filled anything…GAHHH!!)
Horrible experience every single time. Unacceptable lack of customer service. Unfortunately there are no better pharmacies in town.

First, I would like to apologize for absolutely losing my mind at the pharmacy today. I was extremely unprofessional and swore my whole way out of the building.
I have been going to this pharmacy for 30 years. I will never return. I have all of my scripts on auto renew and yet they are never filled. Every single month I end up going through withdrawals from my SSRI because they are incapable of filling the scripts. I was told by the pharmacy today that I needed to have personal accountability and call in before my script runs out. This is mainly why I lost my mind. They NEVER answer the phone. I mean NEVER. If my scripts are on auto renew and I can’t even get through to the pharmacy, who in the world are you supposed to get your medications? I wonder if this is the same experience for people in need of insulin or end of life care. Absolutely WILD to me. So yes. After 4 days without my SSRI and being told I need to have more personal accountability, I lost my mind on the staff. DO BETTER

An Rx called in six days ago was not yet filled. Every customer in front of me experienced the same thing. Good luck to anyone who takes medications imminent to their health. No one working seemed to find this troublesome, worst customer service I’ve experienced from a pharmacy.

I've had a much more positive experience at this pharmacy than others in town. It's also cute seeing the staff recognize all the older customers by name. They care a lot here and have always been willing to work with me on getting our medication after waiting months for other pharmacies to fill prescriptions that never seemed to come in.

Had a prescription called in and it took them over 24 hours to fill the script. We had to literally go in and tell them to work on it. This place has no work ethic. So sad as there are not many pharmacys left in town.

Horrible pharmacy. Had prescription renewal called in by doctor on 1/15. Went to pick up two days later and was told it wouldn't be ready until after 2 pm. Left pharmacy and next day received email from Rite Aid saying based upon insurance they are unable to refill until 1/18. Went back again on 1/20 and then was told insurance would not cover until 1/22. Wonder what they'll say on 1/22.

They tend not to answer their phones. General calls and pharmacy. Husband went twice today (since they're not answering calls) to pick up a prescription and the store, including pharmacy was virtually empty both times, so no excuse. People who are ill do not get their needs taken care of this way. I will call in on Drs. phone option (#4) to reach pharmacy. I know they'll answer that line. Yep, indeed they answered although they weren't happy about finding a customer there. That said, all is well now. Pick up prescription in 5 minutes.

Needed a prescription and in-between pharmacy coverages. Rite Aid on Canal St. in Brattleboro, VT filled my prescription and I appreciated their prompt service and the price!

Completely disorganized pharmacy that's chronically understaffed with low morale. If you get your prescription filled here it WILL be a debacle.
