Me and my girlfriend came in looking for shoes for her. We asked the people there a very simple reasonable question: "do you sell women's flats?" They told us they did not. Okay. Fair enough. They then proceeded to make fun of us while we were still in the store and within earshot. Very unprofessional. I expect better and will not give them my money ever again.

There new store is so much bigger. Very organized. Lots to choose from including shoes, clothing, socks, hats, outdoor gear, etc

Needed a pair of winter boots and had something in mind. Called all my local big box stores and couldn’t track down a pair along the Connecticut coastline.Decided to stop here on my way to a Vermont ski weekend and they had many boots to choose from.The two people working there were knowledgeable and friendly.Definitely happy I didn’t opt for the big box store. Or Amazon for that matter.

Found a nice set of shoes for work/hiking I had thought were in my size, only to learn that there had been some mixup and the shoes were of different sizes. They were fully accommodating in resolving the issue and provided some compensation and recommendations for different shoes. Their service was responsive, understanding, and accommodating, and I give them a full recommendation! If I'm ever in the area and need shoes, easily my first pick!

There new larger store in Brattleboro is amazing! Lots of footwear, clothing and accessories to choose from. So much more than before! And the prices are very reasonable!
