The response time is phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable. I asked a few questions and even though they didn't sell it they sent me to places that are the cheapest and where I can get it. Excellent service! When I had an issue with a product, the owner was great and helpful. A much better store than the overpriced and aptly-named "The Void." This is the GO-TO store for all your smoking needs in Brattleboro! A++++
