This Hotel has no functional business center. It is claimed you can ask the front desk, but they simply shrug. The pool AND whirlpool are closed indefinitely. There are no brochures in the lobby or any local business/attractions advertised. We heard Christmas music playing in February. The walls are paper thin here too. Overall property is below Hampton Inn standards. P.S. People have races up and down the halls (at night), and the key cards quit working multiple times.

Mold in the room. Didn't clean left trash in the hallway. Didn't tell folks they were going to charge their card 300 dollars for accidentals. Folks walking around eating food talking about how rooms have mold and ceiling leaking. I'll never stay at a Hampton ever again. If I could give negative stars I would. They need to shut this place down.

The hotel you walk in and say this is nice. Then you walk around and look in your room and then you say to your to your self it's been forever a while since they have done a major on the place. The filter in the gym was grossI'm not positive but also don't think the bedding was clean. Check out is 11lm. Next I'm to my room.Where these to kids banging on the wall. Very loud. Why don't they put all the children on the same floor? I'm existed.

The rooms were in terrible condition. Definitely does not live up to the Hampton/Hilton brand. The service was ok. The location along our travel route was the best part of the stay with accessibility to the highway. Oh and I almost forgot... The pool was closed for renovations too.Rooms: Terrible!Food & drinks: The free breakfast was ok.

Was very expensive and only booked it for the pool/sauna for my daughter to enjoy and was not told it was under renovation (and it was not stated on their website until I complained at check out and then they put it on the website a few days later). Would have stayed somewhere cheaper had I known prior to checking in. The expense was definitely not worth it for no amenities except continental breakfast. Cost me almost $800 for a 1 bed room for 2 nights.

Very disappointed, only picked this hotel to stay in with my daughter and her father because of the pool/hot tub and wasn't told ahead of time it's unavailable, could have stayed somewhere else with the same amenities but cheaper. Should be a warning on the website or they should tell you when making reservations that they pool is closed. Said closed for renovations bit looked in and saw no renovations, pool looked fine, very disappointed. Will not recommend as it was very expensive for 2 nights with no pool or anything to do.Noteworthy details: Pool and hut tub NOT available

There was no WIFI available it was broken for whole stay. One elevator was broken. Plus the quality inn next door is a homeless shelter with many people milling around the parking lot. Plus breakfast was minimal with no hot food available.

The staff were patient and accommodating. There were plans that changed and the staff adapted easily with no issue. Expedia was terrible and caused many issues with my travel and that of my family's. Hampton Inn staff supported the effective and efficient resolution of the issues Expidia caused. Don't use Expedia. Call Hampton Inn directly!

Thank you Hilton again. This was a great stay and we were fortunate enough to have a mellow lighting storm for a good part of our evening. We just left the curtains open and enjoyed the show.Clean hallway and prompt check in. Receptionist was perfect. What I did observe was the carpet in halls; "clean". Rooms / bathroom were clean. Bed was so comfortable. We slept well because it was quiet. We only stayed one night but would return. I hope management continues to maintain this property. This is close to all and very convenient.

Booking a stay at this hotel was such a mistake!! My family always travels with Hilton and this was a very disappointing, terrible experience. I booked two adjoining rooms- a king suite and a double queen. My family and I arrived at 9pm and after checking in with our swim gear and finding out the pool was closed until further notice, we enter our king suite which immediately smelled HEAVILY OF MOLD. We entered the double queen room which smelled lightly of mold as long as we kept the air off, and of course could not open any windows to air out the rooms. I returned to the front desk and the gentleman told me the hotel was fully booked and there were no other rooms and that he was new and did not know what to do but the manager would be there at 7am. After a long drive, my entire family of 5 proceeded to sleep in a double queen room with the air turned off all night. I woke up in the morning to speak to the manager I was told would arrive at 7am. She came out from the back room and confirmed she was a manager. When I began to tell her about the mold situation in my rooms she immediately told me to keep my voice down (I was not yelling). Then she basically told me the hotel was full and there was nothing she could do. When I told her those rooms should have been taken out of service she told me that everyone’s sense of smell is different and also that she was not aware of the smell but somehow also knew the source of the smell she wasn’t aware of which was the issue with the pool which was directly below those rooms. Overall she was extremely rude and her demeanor and attitude read as if she was inconvenienced by my problem. I was frustrated that this room was rented to me, she not only had no solutions, but not even an apology. When I told her I wanted her to refund my rooms she said “have a nice day” and stormed back into the back room. I proceeded to call Hilton corporate and open a case. That day we explored Brattleboro a little bit trying to make the best of our weekend and were disappointed to see homeless drug addicts standing around in the parking lot next to this hotel. When we went back into our room we all began to have headaches and feel sick so we packed up and checked out that afternoon, leaving Brattleboro and cutting our weekend getaway short. I recommend avoiding this hotel!!! Not only is it not a safe environment, but the manager is negligent, extremely unhelpful, and rude!

When we checked in the rooms were not clean- meaning hair on the floor, sink, and tub. We had two rooms and were eager to get into them, therefore, I went to the local store and purchased cleaning supplies and made sure to wipe everything down- including the bedside table that had drink rings around it, and the fridge and microwave fronts that were still covered in fingerprints. The pool ended up closing after our third night and never reopened. The staff- including the manager preferred smoke breaks rather than answer their ringing phones or tend to guests waiting in the lobby at their desk. One employee stood out to be exceptional each time- Symphony! Thank you to Symphony for having a wonderful smile and being helpful when we needed help. The thin walls allow you to hear the music in the hallway- why is there music playing in the hallway? In the same drive entry, there is a Quality Inn hotel which is now occupied by homeless for the past 3 years. Needless to say, the parking lot does not feel safe with the constant coming and going of questionable characters. We suggest staying somewhere else!

No way to get your luggage in and out in pouring rain. No luggage racks. Staff just stares as guests get sopping wet. No offer for umbrella. No attempt to find missing racks. Not acceptable.
