Generally like this place but the bigger dryers are often broken. One on the back wall ate 2 of my quarters this weekend. Would love for them to switch to dollar coins or the card system. Having to deal with all the quarters is annoying.Otherwise, I appreciate that it's not usually busy when I'm here and they have some big washing machines and dryers.

I used to like this place, but currently most of the dryers do not get hot, and it takes forever (and a lot of money, and a lot of moving clothes) to get things dry. I used 9 dryers to find one that actually dried the clothes. Desperately in need of service. I'm going to try somewhere else.

They really need an attendant. I was there in the morning and two guys came in with a monitor covered in a towel and used the overflow sink to wash up. They were also smoking right outside the doors even though signs say not to. Another guy drove up, got quarters and left. No wonder other reviews mentioned quarter machines being out. Also really could have used a bathroom since I was there for over an hour. That was locked. That said, the washer and dryers worked fine.

Change machine is out of quarters. Had to drive to a gas station mid-laundry. About five other people did too. Owner Earl apparently only fills machine every morning. Consider going some place where your time is valued.

Coin op detergent dispenser was out of stock but didn’t have a sign saying so and still let me deposit quarters. Lost about $4 trying to get detergent.

I tried this place out early Sunday morning and no one else was here until about 8 am and then it started to get busy, I like knowing I have a option to use the old fashion coined washers and dryers instead of having to buy and keep their card, nice options as well as clean.

They have brand new machines and they don't leave bugs in your clothes like it used to, we used to drive to Greenfield, MA for laundry .

I last went here about a year ago and the machines were kind of yucky. I was really pleasantly surprised by how well the new machines worked and how clean everything was. My only complaint was the change machine was being temperamental and didn't give me change at first.
