After a snafu from both my side and DR, they rectified the situation. Basically, I did not understand the issues completely. DR ensured I had all the information to decide about furnace replacement. I would say they more than stepped up to the plate. I feel they are a caring company, and that says a lot in this world today. Thank you, Dead River, for keeping me safe and going the extra yard.

Last week I left a bad review which I shouldn't have The Dead River in ****** ***** has always been there when I need them. ************************* goes above and beyond to take care of the customer's the staff are very friendly and accommodating so I apologize to the girls that work so hard to make sure you are taking care of no mater what the needs are propane fuel and a person in a bad mood lol. keep up the good work. Dead River owns my underground tank, Therefore I am forced to by propane from them at a top tier price and I learned to live with that. What I didn't like was the fact that they came to my property and did a corrosion test on THEIR TANK and sent me a $120.00 bill for it. If I owned the tank, I would have no problem with that but why am I paying them to test their own tank? Am I wrong?

We recently moved from Oregon to New Hampshire. I was clueless as to how to manage oil delivery, as our previous homes were natural gas. I called Dead River and they had very knowledgeable staff to answer all of my questions, along with several perks of being a new customer. I have been using their services for a month and a half, and am on auto-delivery.I never hear them arrive to fill our tank (which is impressive IMO) and when I did have an opportunity to speak to the delivery person, he was professional, courteous, and kind.I’ve had nothing but great experiences thus far. Highly recommend!

As a landlord, and homeowner, I have had extensive interactions with Dead River Brattleboro including complete system installations, service of existing systems and fuel delivery to myself and tenants. I have been universally impressed with the quality of their people and the incredibly high integrity of the organization. As an example, I recently signed a bid to replace two oil tanks for a total of $4800. When I actually received the bill, they had been able to get the job done for less and had passed that savings on to me, despite having a signed agreement. I really can't say enough good things about them.

I too hate the name "Dead River." Understand, it is a place, and hopefully these folks aren't the ones who killed the river! That would be problematic! Aside from that, though, this company has been very reliable for us since taking over Fleming Oil. Emergency service has been A+ for us. One small hiccup in the automated scheduling of propane deliveries (we ran out) was quickly fixed and has not been repeated. Call us satisfied!
