I’ve rehabbed houses all over NH and this is the first time I’ve ever been in a hardware store that doesn’t carry any lighting fixtures. Not even a simple ceiling light.

So glad the takeover by ACE changed NOTHING (at least that we can see). Great, helpful staff, all the stuff you need, loyalty points, and an atmosphere that makes you wanna come here instead of feeding the evil online monster. (Or at least purchase it from their own website!).

Exceptional service. I was looking for recommendations for different models for the EGo electric mower and they could not have been nicer. I wasn't able to pick it up right then so they set it aside and it was all ready to go the next morning and they help me load it and explain the operation all with good cheer. They explained how I can get a $150 discount for just opening up a regular Ace account (not a credit card) and bingo it worked perfectly

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had just the parts I needed to fix my couch. Two of the pieces of hardware broke and they exchanged them no questions asked. Thankful to have a store like this just down the street. You might pay a little more than a department store, but it’s well worth it in regards to the quality of service you receive and selection of tools and supplies.
