I've been here twice and both times were amazing experiences. They were able to fit me in for a slow leak tire and were very affordable. The next visit was for a battery replacement and an ignition problem. Their trouble shooting saved me from a costly tow and service at the VW dealer, and cost me nothing to fix with the easy trouble shooting. They were a life saver. Extremely friendly, helpful and honest.

So I went on a road trip through New England. Loved visiting Vermont. Very beautiful state. While heading back south wrapping up my trip, about 20 miles north of Brattleboro, my car starts suffering some engine issues. I limp it into town late Sunday night and got a room. The next morning is a federal holiday and some of the places I called or visited didn't have enough staff to accommodate a drop in. I needed to be back in DC that night. These guys had a slot available for me later in the afternoon and got me in. Once the issue was diagnosed and parts ordered, they had me back on the road in short order. I did have to wait several hours for the slot in the afternoon but considering the circumstances, it's reasonable. The repair was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and courteous as well. And the bill wasn't nearly as much as I was anticipating. Good job guys.

Brought my car there to check check engine light and fix ac. They did what they claim to be $4500 of work and did not fix original complaint of check engine light. I now have an uninspectable car and no money to fix it. I can only assume they saw a white haired female and went for it. I cannot understand what was in it for them to not fix check engine, and refuse to consider it. Just plain rotten I guess. Dealt with Dan and Duane who were cold and unhelpful, promising things that they did not deliver (inspection, check engine light)Services: General repairs & maintenance

I would give zero stars if I could. I brought my car there becasue engine light was on and ac did not work. They charged me $4500, and did nothing about check engine light. I did get charged $100 for a "shop fee" anyone knwo what that is? I now have an uninspectabe car and no more car money. This is the VERY shortened version of the story...this place is morally bankrupt, they do not care if they leave you in a dangerous situation. If you want to ruin your day and get ripped off, give Dan or Duane a call. Deplorable.

Took my 2011 Subaru Outback in for a front end alignment in January 2023, four months later both font tires were showing the steel belts on the inner section of both tires, called Brattleboro Tire three times to have them check their work, was told I would have to wait two weeks to get my vehicle in, finally went to another shop, had to replace the tires, had the alignment checked and it was all screwed up, shop owner stated that he gets a lot of rework from Brattleboro Tire, from alignments done wrong to brake jobs that weren't done, but Brattleboro Tire charged for the work. I'm going in person to Brattleboro Tire this week to confront the manager and demand my money back and cost of new tires or I'll file a suit against them.

Don't take your vehicle to Brattleboro Tire. I purchased a full set of new studded snow tires, and they permanently damaged my 2020 Chevy Silverado. While mounting my new tires, technician gouged and scratched my factory wheels by failing to adjust his wheel mounting equipment correctly. He permanently damaged my vehicle further by using a shallow socket on my lug nuts. Another customer in the waiting room complained they had failed to tighten his lug nuts correctly.

Came into town off a long journey only to find my transmission plug out and fluid everywhere. Duane helped me get a trans flush, topped everything off for me, and was very nice and professional throughout the whole process. He was able to get me in and out in less then an hour too! Will definitely be back if I have anymore problems. Thanks BT!!Service: Oil change

Pulling my teeth would have been easier than getting these guys to mount 4 tires.I frequently check online communities dedicated to my specific vehicle off-roading, online multiple people have said that 32s will fit on an explorer with no lift.So I bought 32s for my explorer. When I went down, the whole shop stood around the first tire that they pulled out of the back, stared at me through the window making jokes, and sent the manager in to tell me they wouldn’t fit my car. I argued with him until he asked “if we put them on and they don’t fit, will you pay to have the old ones put on?” So of course I agreed. They took their time mounting my new tires, checked to see if they would rub and… Huh, they didn’t rub! I had plenty of clearance between fender and front wheel. When the manager wheeled my car around and came back in, I asked how the fitment was and his only was response was “it’s cool” and promptly rung me up. It seems to me they don’t like being proved they’re wrong.I’m guessing they wanted me to get scared that my tires wouldn’t fit, and wanted me to buy THEIR tires.Service: Tires
