When I went to start my small business account there they seem to have no interest in my business based on my size. They never asked questions and never made service recommendations.We ran into a cash flow issue which small businesses do. I misunderstood the timing of deposits and withdrawals and bounced a check. I went to talk to the manager and while she did remove the fees she was dismissive, cut me off, and ended by a conversation by going back to work without saying goodbyeA manager from another bank found out we'd opened and came and visited me in person and talked about their understanding of the issues facing us and looked at what we needed and how to coordinate services to make it more cost-effective well as setting us up with a reserve line of credit.I'm really happy with my new bank. I consider BSL elitist and would never recommend them to a small business.

Id like to give a big shout out to Tim Morin of the Bondville Vermont branch. He really stuck his neck out for me and guided me toward a debt free path. I couldn’t be more excited to get my accounts in order and I feel so much better because Tim believed in me and gave me this opportunity. I'd leave zero stars if I could. Atm took money from account and never gave me the cash. When I talked with customer service they were extremely rude and said it wasn't their issue. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with BS&L but it will be the last time. I'll be doing my banking elsewhere.

I have been with Brattleboro Savings & Loan now for nearly a year on a Commercial loan and checking account. Couldn't be happier with the bank and the personnel. I have dealt with many lending institutions in my business and after a while I start to feel like a number. This has not occurred at Brattleboro Savings & Loan. From the Tellers to the Loan Officers to the President there is an open door policy for questions and how to resolve matters. I first attempted to use this bank about 5 years ago but was turned off by some of the personnel asking for unreasonable demands shortly before funding of the loan. Fortunately, personnel of that poor quality are no longer with the bank. Brattleboro S & L is committed to the communities of Southern Vermont and Southwestern New Hampshire, and seek to help merchants and business owners in these areas. I am hopeful to be a longtime repeat customer. It truly is still one of the finest S & L's in the country; a distinction bestowed on the Bank several years. Highly recommended.

Simply the worst costumer service I have ever had. Wasted so much time, energy and money. Very poor communication. One star is too high rating for their quality of service.

Thank you for investing in our local community. The new Wilmington branch offers so much that to the Deerfield Valley that other banks to not: Saturday banking, drive-up banking. On the spot debit cards are also an incredibly convenient service and often take 2 weeks at other banks. Bank is ok and there good with fraud. But they will cancel your card and not notify you and will not send out a new one without going in person or waiting for a letter they will send you can sign and send back then they will send a card. And in my position i need one now. Try elsewhere. I sure am

I love being a customer of the Bratt Bank. The bank employees excel at in-person customer service. And the bank makes a strong point of emphasizing supporting local businesses by offering increased earnings on your checking interest rate if you shop at local businesses and buy with your Bratt card. However their impersonal services, like online banking, needs a serious 21st century upgrade. Resetting your password online and getting approved to make transactions via the Bratt Bank app are not streamlined. It's a clunky process.

My customer service representative today (Ella) went the extra mile by changing our account type, saving our non-profit service fees. Courtesy checks were also offered, and fees waived. Very proud to be banking here.

BSB is a GREAT bank. At the main brach it is great to be greeted with a smile and a teller who knows your name in most cases and friendliness by those who don't yet as well. It is fabulous to always have a "personal banker" also. I like that BSB is local. I love BSB.

Customer Service... seriously the tellers are straight up rude and snobby! 99% of my visits I left so pissed.. I have had to many problems with bs&l! I took my money left a $1.00 in my account and have no plans to ever return! Its that sloppy/bad! makes Walmart's bank look like gold!
