Stopped by the shop to get an estimate on my Mercedes interior vents to be fixed. They sent me an email a few days later. I questioned the pricing as it was high and could find the part for much less, instead of just explaining themselves and their methods of attaining these parts, the owner took it upon herself to email me, and turn away my business “as its best I find another shop because I do not trust their expertise”
I didnt realize questioning a quote on a car part was uncommon in auto repair business.. oh well

Really appreciate these guys and couldn’t recommend them more for the quality of their work and their professionalism. They handled a difficult insurance situation amazingly well, and returned my car to me in a tight timeline looking like there’d never been an accident in the first place. They are thorough and caring. They allowed me to go in and see my vehicle as it was waiting for one last major part. Actually spoke extensively with the gentleman working on my car.

My parents had a gift certificate from here. I contacted the shop about a detailing and Hoke got in touch with me very shortly after. The gift certificate was a bit older but they honored it and cleaned my car spotless! Step kids spilled milk under the seat and then I had a jug of water bust open in the back. Smell was horrible, Hoke took care of everything I needed and more. I am more than pleased with the results. Will be coming back here!

Great and honest shop. Will tell it how it is without trying to upsell you anything. I've had body work as well as detailing and I couldn't recommend these folks enough.

Brattleboro Autobody was recommended to me by both my mechanic and my insurance company. Short version: I couldn't be happier. I was rear-ended by a "distracted" driver and had enough to worry about besides car repair. Vermont Mutual worked with Brattleboro Autobody to get my car repaired, detailed and back to me. Not only did they both seem completely invested in the process to get me back to normal, they were all incredibly pleasant. Double thumbs-up to both.
