Jim is an amazing agent. He stuck with us no matter where we asked to see a house. He understood what we were looking for and what we needed. He was very supportive as things needed to be adjusted with our mortgage and needs changed. As I panicked he really put me at ease that everything was going to be okay. He goes above and beyond for my husband and I. I can’t say enough great things about him. He has contacts ready to assist and make the process smooth. Jim helped us to make our move to Vermont possible. He was very giving with his time, always willing to help us with questions and go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. With tradesmen in high demand, he was able to leverage his extensive local network to get our inspection completed and quotes generated for repairs. I bought a house in Guilford, VT from Austin, TX. Jim did showings via video call and sent video when reception wasn't good enough for a call. He took real ownership of the whole process and I am sure that I would not own the house if I had a different realtor.
