If I could leave less than a star I would...I had the worst shopping experience here today. The clerk was very rude and tried to accuse me of shoplifting which is absolutely upserd. I used to love shopping there for jewelry, nice toys ect. But never again after today's experience. Wow thanks for profiling someone who is alternative in appearance.

Best clothing and gifts! Best buyers! In such a small, funky town, the merchandise is big city classy!

Excellent customer service! I ordered a belt as a present in January and needed a different size when it was given in March. I got an immediate response from the company that all I needed to do was send the belt back with the pertinent order information. I returned the belt and had the new size shipped to a different address, it was delivered within a week, no extra charge.

I absolutely adore this place but I really wish they carried at least some plus sizes—I can never even find XLs. It’s really disheartening to walk into a store and feel like your body type isn’t welcome. Big girls want cute clothes too!

My favorite downton store. Beautiful clothes, jewelry, bags, small selection of high end children's toys, and more!

The only place I have found that sells Free People in town. Super friendly, not overbearing staff.

This boutique is very well curated. They frequently re-stock with high quality and on-trend products - clothing, jewelry, bags, scarves, paper, lotions, accessories, household goods - the list could go on and on. Also, their handmade collection includes one-of-a-kind products that support artisans in Guatemala. They provide employment opportunities to co-op groups, small family businesses and to women in their own fair-trade workshop, supporting indigenous communities by paying a livable wage and encouraging women to earn financial independence. Five stars - support this business!

This boutique is very well curated. They always have new, high quality, and stylish items. I frequently shop here for gifts and then end up keeping them for myself. A little-known fact is that their handmade collection includes one-of-a-kind fair trade products that support Guatemalan artisans. Altiplano provides employment opportunities to co-op groups, small family businesses and to women in their own fair-trade workshop, supporting a livable wage and encouraging financial independence.

Probably the best place to shop in brattleboro:) Free people clothing, handmade from Guatemala and elsewhere, and beautiful artisan items abound!
