I received a coupon for a free package of your bagels from Hannaford. When I got up to the register, I noticed that the price of the bagels rang up at over $5. When I was ready to use the bagels, I defrosted them in the microwave and then sliced one of them. From their anemic appearance and the way they looked after being cut, I was so disappointed with the item that I decided to throw them in the trash. They were so inferior to other store bought bagels in appearance and texture that I did not want to eat them.

2015: Awesome! Vegan Ginger bread cookies, rolls, pizza; Owner Nancy waited on me personally, explaining ingredients making sure whatever i bought was "low-fodmaps", gluten and dairy free. Daniel also very knowlegable & helpful- great people, awesome product... Drive around back & see amazing artwork on the exterior walls and such. Highly recommend! *Update 2021, They made me a custom Gluten free Birthday Cake this year! It was amazing! Reasonable price & these folks are so genuinely kind... BEST CAKE EVER.

I was visiting the area with my husband for our anniversary. I hadn't planned a trip to this location as I never realized it was there. I happened upon it while reading a local business pamphlet I got at my hotel.Background: I have food allergies and have been buying locally in Whole Foods the against the grain products. I found them to be more tasty and digestible than other brands. They have a distinctive flavor as well! I never really looked at where they were from, I just loved them lol. So when I saw them in the pamphlet I had to go and see!!! The small retail shop was in the factory building accessible around the back of the building and clearly marked. We arrived for opening at 10 AM :)When inside we were greeted by an extremely friendly woman employee! She explained the available products and about the 2nds they also sell (they are the same product that just may not have a perfect appearance but there is nothing wrong with them) they had fresh baked muffins that are only available at the shop. She gave us free of charge 2 cinnamon raisin bagels and 2 pitas fresh out of the oven!! Oh wow they were yummy! We purchased 6 10" frozen pizzas (pepperoni, pesto and 3 cheese). Baguettes, pitas, pastry's, fresh muffins, a recipe book and I had to buy a T-Shirt!!! We got 1 pizza free because it was buy 5 get a free one. She packed it all in a box (we had a 4 hour trip back), frozen items kept perfect!!This place is worth the trip, you can see through glass windows where it all happens lol! If you're anywhere near Brattleboro Vermont (we search out covered bridges) please go!!! Everyone was COVID safe with masks!!

I just tried the Vermont Country Rolls. Love them!!!!! I was so excited to see dairy free since that has been the only thing from keeping me from eating them all the time. I have been buying the baguettes for a couple of years at least. I love them as french toast and garlic toast!

I just tried the Gluten Free frozen pizza made by Against The Grain. I really need to say WOW! I have tried so many different brands and this is by far the absolute best! I don't usually leave reviews but I wanted all the GF folks out there to know you finally have a great alternative for PIZZA!

I love all the against the grain products. Especially the pizza. Even my friends that can eat gluten prefer this pizza and the bonus is no grains at all.
