On vacation and hubby got a flat tire on his Road King. Boys at shop had exact size tire and tube changed it all up for us now we are ready to ride again!! Awesome service! Thank you boys!

The service I received from Mazer Performance was exceptional. From the very first interaction, their transparency and genuine care were evident. Communication throughout the entire process was flawless, and they always went above and beyond.

I have had my snowmobile and my motorcycle serviced by Mazer in the past. They are really nice guys, however it always takes them a very long time to get my machine back to me. First time they worked on an old Honda Motorcycle I had, they had it for 3 months... It needed a new stator. Second time they added a shock to my snowmobile. It took them 3 weeks to get it back to me. When I went to pick it up, it had been done and ready for over a week, but they forgot to call me. It is not organized inside, and they take forever. 3/5 has been my overall experience. They get the job done, but take way too long.
When I got my snowmobile back I realized the speedometer wasn't working and I needed a new jack-shaft. A good mechanic would have caught that, and notified me if I wanted to fix it. I ended up going to a more reliable and overall better mechanic for all my future services.

Josh is a stand up dude! He’s done work to many and I mean many of my brothers and friends.. The work he did on my street glide was nothing short of awesome. Bars look and perform perfectly. Any and all questions were answered and he seemed very happy to help. Any of my friends wether it was motor work or repairs have been just as satisfied. I refer him to everyone!Good job great work.
