My wife's 2004 BMW 330i convertible went in for an air conditioning service. I was hoping for a quick recharge but the issue was deeper involving O-Ring replacement. The shop diagnosed the problem and let me know what was happening throughout the process. They then did the repair quickly for what I felt was a very reasonable cost.

We were on a road trip, stopped in Bethel for a sandwich, and realized our brakes were out. Luckily, S&B was right around the corner. It was not a quick fix, but S&B were able to accommodate us and get us back on the road within hours.
The waiting room was air conditioned and the entire team at S&B were thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very friendly.
Now for the best news. We thought the work done at S& B was only allowing us to limp home to our mechanic for the true fix. Our mechanic gave us thumbs up, no further work needed.

On our way from NH to visit family in Canada we stopped in Montpelier to relax and noticed oil under the front axel after we parked...
Chevy dealer and 3 more garages couldn't even see us to de-risk what could be the problem.
The team at S&B answered, and got us in!
They identified the leak from last december timing chain replacement loose bolt starting to leak! They cleaned the oil under on the frame, double checked we could drive it back to the original garage in NH to finish the work under warrenty.
Extremely professionnal, knowledgable and friendly to top it all.
P.S. We went back home, left the chevy to be fixed and used our other vehicle to finally drive to Canada... 14hr instead of 4 1/2hr... but safe because S&B took the time to make it happen.

Jashua was so responsive and welcoming at S&B automotive it made finding a new mechanic and shop for work on our cars easy and super pleasant. They were accommodating to our schedule and reasonably priced. We are happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend to others in the area.

I was visiting family in Ripton and was headed home with a Jeep full of ladies when I realized I had a frozen caliper. The damage was substantial.... I called a couple of places, and no one could get us in. Then I found these guys, and they were AMAZING. At first, I was told they were booked for the week, but once I explained my plight, I was placed on a brief hold and was then told they wouldn't leave us stranded. I went right over, and they had us in and out in a couple of hours.. absolutely saved the say. They made what was a terrible situation end the best way possible. They were detailed and courteous, spending the time to make sure I understood exactly what was broken, bringing me into the shop to see the damage for myself. I could not recommend this place enough. Wonderful job, thank you!!!!

I highly recommend S&B. They are some genuine guys who have completed several major repairs on my ‘07 Silverado. Their complementary photo inspection gives a clear idea of necessary work, they work diligently, and they communicate really well.

Excellent service at S&B! They got me in real quick for a state inspection, and even quicker to make the appropriate repairs to the car for a passing inspection. They even gave me a loaner car while they did the repairs so I didn’t have to take time off work, so thoughtful! Highly recommend!!
