We love Tama at 802 Honda! He is so friendly and makes the process more enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable about Honda and their vehicles. He answered all of our questions, and if he didn’t know the answer he got it from someone who did. He was so great and we will definitely be back!

It was a great experience working with Jesse Bennett at 802 Honda. Very pleased with end result--a new Honda Sport CRV Hybrid. Love the car! Felt no pressure to buy upgrades or more car than I wanted or needed. Happy with the value I received for the trade in. Overall, a very positive experience.

802 Honda, you had a factory recall on a 2017 Honda HRV paint job that was scheduled in the winter of 2022 for June of 2023. You didn't follow up or follow through. It took you until August of 2023 to do the job on the recall & you missed a spot that was documented.
Your team covered the missed spot represented in the attached photo. Would this be acceptable to you on your vehicle?
Aside from that you charged the individual who owns the car $80 for new front wiper blades. I can buy all 3 for less than $30.
Poor service, poor workmanship & overcharging people. I won't ever bring a vehicle to you or recommend your business.

Fantastic Customer Service! I emailed 4 Honda dealers when looking to trade in my Pilot and buy a CR-V Hybrid. I chose 802 Honda for their excellent hassle-free responsiveness and their professionalism and open communication. At every step they were helpful, straightforward, and I never felt I was getting a hard sell. When I picked up my new car they spent time fully introducing me to the features and made it clear that the sale was not an ending, but the beginning of a relationship with the ongoing care and service they provide. MO was a true professional, informed and genuine and made it clear that everyone on the team from sales to service was available for ongoing support. The 802 Honda approach to the car selling process was refreshingly human and customer centered. I highly recommend them.

I had an emergency with my vehicle and was towed to 802 Honda. We are from out of town and would be in the area for the next 3 days. They were not very accommodating. I understand that they were fully booked with appointments but perhaps they should have some spots for emergencies. They also could not give us an indication at all about when it would be possible to even look at the car (it ended up being a week later). I just had my car towed to a garage near home. I just did not appreciate my experience with this dealership. I gave 2 stars since the staff were at least polite.

I visited five dealerships in the days leading up to buying a new car. I had a number of different models in mind that would satisfy my needs in a new car so it really came down to who would offer me the most for my trade and give me the best price on my new car. Almost all of the sales people I worked with contacted me with their best deal the next day. I worked with Tama B at 802 Honda, and he was able to secure a better deal for me than any of the other dealerships. My experience at 802 was great, vey low pressure, and none of the slimy car sales person stuff I’ve experienced at other dealerships. I’d recommend 802 Honda (and specifically Tama) over any dealership I’ve been to in Chittenden or Washington County they also beat the offers from other dealerships in their own management group. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an oil change and a recall item several weeks in advance of my appointment. I was not notified that the part was not in stock so wasted a trip. Communication/coordination needs a tune-up.

The service center here is a joke. Every time I bring my vehicle to them, there's always some run around about the warranty of what is or is not covered. This time was a simple inspection, but my tinted windows were a problem. Oddly, I've had the for 2 years, and the tints were done 6 weeks after I purchased the car. They weren't a problem for previous inspections. Do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle elsewhere. If you do go, avoid speaking to either guy named Mike. You'll thank me later. I wish I could go even lower than one star.
