Very nice store and expert help. If you need that power cord or food Walmart is the place to go.

I was shopping there the other day and a customer asked me where something was. There was an employee in electronics just standing there hanging out like he was decorating the place.
Not a single employee working there bothered to even ask if I needed help finding something.
When I worked there, you couldn’t wait to stick your nose in my business but now that I’m a customer you couldn’t care less if I lived or died.
Maybe spend more time on actual customer service training and less on blowing smoke up your “spark”.

I did an online pickup order and got a free sample bag with my order. I was pleasantly surprised! There was chips ahoy cookies, sweet tarts ropes, several drink packets, a can of tuna, some rice, a mechanical pencil, a laundry pod. All in all I was happy. Keep doing this Walmart ?

Nice store. Friendly helpful associates. Uncluttered aisles. Easy to find things since you can use the Walmart app in store mode. Also if you have Walmart+ you can do scan and go to make shopping quicker and check out more efficient. Recently it was changed to 15 items or less for self-checkout. Not bad, but perhaps not ideal.

Limiting self checkout limits disabled customers, pushing disabled customers out.

The Bennington Walmart has gotten horrible about thing's, first they don't have plastic bags for the customers they make you buy the reusable bags
Second about half of them don't seem like they want to help you, and the one's that don't help make it seem like it's an inconvenience

It is a small Walmart let's start at that. The biggest issue I have here are two major things. 1. There are never enough lanes open at checkout, why? The longest lines I see are at the self checkout and then like one cashier whats up with that? Did we lose cashiers as a job now? 2. I can never find anyone to help me in the electronic department. Every time I need an associate they are never to be found. It's someone always saying not my department and walks away. What happened to the Walmart help seriously. Are we losing cashiers, baggers and now helped on the floor. Seriously this Walmart has a small amount of toys, clothes etc if you find one in a city or troy go there worth the travel. Our Walmart sucks.

Get more regular registers open. I don't work for you and don't need to scan my own stuff. Put people not computers.

Average Walmart experience. Nothing super special or negative about it.

Used scan and go. Got to self check out, scanned the QR code per Walmart app. Clicked pay. Then had to wait for an associate to “check” on the 4 items I used the “scan and get stopped” feature.

Great store other than thankfully I brought along my own bags to bag my stuff. I travel a lot so I was prepared.
