Purchased a 2021 Toyota Camry SE with 42k miles. When purchasing the vehicle, I was advised by the sales team the vehicle the vehicle passed their mechanics inspection.
Upon taking the vehicle home, I noticed a heavy vibration when applying the brakes at highway speeds. The vehicle did not pass NYS inspection and required new rear brakes and rotors. I spoke to the sales team to attempt to get the issue rectified with negative results.
Attached you can messages from their sales dept stating their most experienced tech did not see any issues with the vehicle. The techs at the shop I brought my vehicle to get inspected at advised it was the worst brake wear they had seen in a vehicle with 42k miles. I was unable to operate the vehicle after getting my NYS inspection denied, and had the brakes swapped by a family friend.
Buyer beware, this dealership will leave you SOL despite telling you they run an honest business.
It appears as though the representative has responded directly to this review, but I have not received a call from management to rectify this issue. No, I didn’t bring the vehicle that failed its inspection over an hour away for an hours long brake job. I fixed it in my driveway with a friend and requested a fair and just compensation. Sounds as though blame is being placed on the customer rather than looking at what may be the issue at the dealership. I expected more from this business.

Larry made purchasing my vehicle easy. He kept in contact, and did his best. Salesman on the other hand, stopped answering me for over 24 hrs when trying to make purchase, and argued with me when I told him the vehicle was not cleaned as it should be. Vehicle went back with a "we owe you", at pick up vehicle was the way it was when dropped off.
