The sales staff is the best. They are always so helpful and pleasant. I love that they keep a database of previously purchased colors, so I can easily reorder paint for freshening up or touching up.

I'm disappointed with a sample I purchased for around $10 . I called the store after reading the label. Samples require a top coat of matching paint and cannot be used without tge top coat. Had I known I was purchasing a quart of something that was less than paint, requiring a top coat, I wouldn't have purchased the two samples that I now have to send to the dump. I don't like adding this waste to our environment. I hope store personnel start informing customers before purchase. I could have bought a quart of real paint.

As is usual at the Bennington Sherwin-Williams store; the clerk greeted me with a "Good afternoon, how are you today, Sir? Can I help you with anything?" I told him I think I see what I'm after and I'll be right up to see him at the counter. Sure enough; got my gallon of MinWax poly. At the counter; he answered my question about a brush; and sold me what I needed.....a quality brush for my application at a good price. The store is well stocked and organized. It's my place for any painting project.?

Buy the Super Paint. It's all we use in our house. Paint and primer in one and it covers over the darkest color.

The gentleman who helped me at the store was very nice and attentive. I asked for a gallon of white paint. He didnt give me any options for what type I wanted. So I got home and started painting and to my surprise the paint was thin and I had to do multiple layers. I paid $45 for one gallon where as Home Depot I usually pay less than that and get it with primer in it so I only have to do one coat. I will never go back to Sherwin Williams again. Highly dissatisfied!!

Great customer service. Very Knowledgeable. Exceptional paint. Goes on great and has great coverage. Brought in a sample painted board for them to match and they matched it PERFECTLY. Very pleased.
