This store has gotten way to over priced for its goods and stores name. some of the staff are really nice .but there's one who should of been fired years ago .and the store has so many rules at this bennington goodwill are crazy notes everywhere no backpacks or shopping bags allowed don't touch this don't do that it's a store not a jail or school or a 5* place it's a goodwill you get the stuff for free and are helping people and they ask you to rond up all the time for there mission as far as I know they stopped the mission and never see them doing anything for no body what a joke

Must be understaffed because messy, clothes are not in correct areas, no bathrooms. One of the ladies (seemed like the one with seniority) talks rudely to people (not just me). Way overpriced for the area and quality of goods -$15 for severely used sneakers. No bathrooms.

This Goodwill could improve a lot more on their inventory and prices. I went in and there were numerous sneakers for over 20 buck and not even like popular name brand. I feel this goodwill is more out for making the most money on people instead of actually helping people out who are already struggling. Its very sad to see a company lose their original motto. You are suppose to be helping people and profiting on the poor is down right disgusting.

Severely overpriced. $3 for a CD is 200% more than a regular Goodwill; expect to see that kind of price across the store. The 'color of the day' applies to basically nothing. There are signs saying that if they forgot to price something, they're basically going to take it from you instead of working with you. Pretty messy and not in a fun way; narrow aisles make it impossible to really look around. Pretty crappy, honestly. I'd put up with lots of extra rules and the mess if the deals were good, but they're not. Left after a few minutes.

Went to the Bennington Goodwill today. They have a Will Moses print in terrible condition for $200.00 Is this an antique store or a thrift store? Everything is looked up with Google Lens. The result is way over priced items. Store is dirty and smells. Needs a new more qualified manager. Was a great store when Dan was there. Doesn't even deserve one star!

Great place to find a ….The clothing… is $25.00 for a coat ,$20.00 for shoes….Some of the prices have been going up as of late. 5.99 for a t shirt….Overall it’s about as run down as it gets, but again if your into that it’s here.Air quality is very poor and the clothing is not washed.Shopping carts don’t roll as much as they scream for oil.It’s a charming store with lots of local flavor but again it’s more of an acquired taste.

The vibes were crazy in this Goodwill. When I walked in they were blasting Tennessee Jed on the speaker. The walls were wood paneled, making it feel like some type of lodge/cottage place and the selection of flannels was endless. Lots of LL Bean if you're into that. I am. I got some LL Bean jeans with fleece lining on the inside. Very warm. Also got some flannels and a lap harp. They're selling lap harps in there. Never been to Vermont before that but this Goodwill was a great experience and definitely represented the aesthetic a person like me would imagine in a beautiful town such as Bennington within this beautiful state. Go to this Goodwill.
