My wife and I were traveling from New Hampshire to Arkansas pulling our travel trailer over Labor Day weekend. On Sunday coming through the mountains we had a coolant hose come off our engine leaving us stranded near Bennington. We had our vehicle towed to Oliver Ford. They were closed on Monday because if the holiday, on Tuesday I was there when they opened at 7:30 and explained what was going on to Ed the service manager. He had his technician Jon immediately pull it into the bay and do an assessment of my vehicle. By 8am Ed explained what was going on, located the part at a local dealership because they didn't have one in stock and someone on the way to pick it up. He kept me informed throughout the progress. By 11am they had my vehicle done and I was able to get back on the road.
I really appreciate them going out of their way and their promptness. Customer service at it's finest.

Was very happy to find an SUV at Oliver Ford, which was not black, silver, white or grey and is an Expedition, which was full of great options. I did not want to order a vehicle but wanted something off a lot and have been looking for 9 months to replace my Suburban. Oliver Ford gave me a reasonable trade in for my Suburban, 0% financing on the Expedition and had good vehicle protection options, which I took and feel good about the purchase. The dealer staff was very helpful and courteous, patient with me when I forgot the title on my trade-in and were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks. Sean

Alan in sales was excellent to work with. He made our buying experience very simple and quick. Buying and taking home same day was super efficient. There was no hassles and they were direct and to the point with offers that couldn’t be beat. Ryan in Finance was also excellent and made signing and paperwork quick and simple. I'm an out of state Buyer, I found this Dealer to be Helpful, Alan in sales was not pushy, Day of delivery was smooth, Service Mgr came out to Introduce him self. Finance Mgr was very clear and thorough.

Purchased a new car from Coggins with the help of Sales person, Brad Hill. Ford Motor Company does put certain restrictions on their dealers, however Brad and his manager were able to give me A+ purchasing experience. Brad has been very helpful answering any follow up questions about the car.

My fiancé and I recently purchased a 2024 F350 and also a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek from Matt and Jose of Oliver Ford of Bennington and also Oliver Subaru of Rutland. They can make miracles happen. They were the easiest vehicle purchases we have ever had anywhere. They delivered the Subaru from Oliver Subaru of Rutland to Bennington.
