I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. You can't ever get anyone to answer the phone. I paid for an install, and waited weeks. After several no shows I was told they can't service my house.

Pricing higher than other competitors in my area. Lack of a local office is detrimental to your company. Out of state call center is a nightmare to get through to, and you get different responses from anyone you talk to. Lack of written hard copy budget pricing contract with payment options isn’t consumer friendly. I’ve been customer of this company through several buyouts and am seriously considering changing my provider.

New customer here. We "inherited" an AmeriGas tank when we bought a new house a couple of months ago. I was a little anxious about going with AmeriGas as they don't even have an office in the local (Albany, NY) area and so far as I can tell don't service furnaces, but it was easier to just keep them than get a new supplier to bring in a new tank. When I signed up with them I *thought* I signed up for automatic delivery, but apparently that never happened - not sure if I dropped the ball or they dropped the ball, but I never checked on it. Anyway, fast forward to the morning after Christmas and we woke up with no heat. Called them and spoke to a wonderful woman named Debra who was super-helpful and even managed to get us onto a route for that day. We had fuel a couple of hours later. I'm not even sure if I spoke to the Bennington or Athens office - the fuel slip says Bennington - but I was pretty impressed with their friendly and fast service and feeling a lot better now about having AmeriGas!

I have tried repeatedly to find a way to be notified in advance of deliveries so I can ensure my dogs are in the house as the delivery person needs access to our fenced in back yard. None of the options offered have worked, The last time a delivery was made the delivery person broke the gate to the back yard and did not alert us. My dogs could have gotten out. I called to complain and there was no follow up. I am furious with Amerigas and am considering changing. Customer Service has plummeted since Amerigas took over.

Don’t understand why there was an annual fee. You used to waive it for me and now you won’t. I used to also be able to negotiate my price per gallon. That also has very little wiggle room from what I used to be able to get.Please use this in your advertising for promotional purposes.

When I called customer service in regards to a problem with our most recent bill our issue was resolved after a time waiting on the phone while the representative spoke to his (then her) supervisor. We called twice about two separate bills which we felt were both billed incorrectly.In the end, both bills were corrected and new bills were received but it took way too long to have the customer service representatives to understand our issue and to get approval from their supervisors.

Yes! Easy on line ordering, especially for someone like me who is not technically savvy. Gave me a estimate on when my delivery would arrive and gave me a fair price in this unpredictable market. Thank you.

You were able to deliver gas to me. I have a long and steep driveway. During the winter snow and ice can make my driveway impossible.the driveway is in Vermont. I check on the driveway and then when I know it is clean and dry I call for gas. I winter in Florida. Your driver have been able to fill my tank. I just worry one time your driver won’t be able to make. And I have to hope the driveway will be passable.
