This gallery has been a favorite place of mine to visit in the downtown of Bellows Falls. Friendly people and amazing customer experience in this store and all the stores in this great Vermont village destination. The gallery and town has great parking, it is beautifully organized and the owner is friendly and professional. The gallery has had so many things showcased that I've been able to purchase including a pastel painting and a handblown glass piece that I love from Chris Sherwin. Michael answered all my questions, gave me information on other places to visit in the town and I've been able to bring out of town friends in as another great place in town. The gallery is located next to several artist studios in the same building and there is so many options for coffee, dinner, drinks and walking right next to it, this gallery is worth the trip!

This is a great gallery that recently expanded and is located in Bellows Falls where there are so many great things to see and do. Mike was wonderful and the paintings and artists are plentiful. I attended an event that was free to the public last night with a new show and got a chance to meet the many of artists. A must see and the prices are affordable, art is so colorful and so many different styles to see.

Went to this little Vermont gallery, the owner was very friendly and I was able to meet several of the artists who are represented inside of it at a Friday event for the newest shows opening. The colors, heavy varied artist representation and the amazing affordability makes this a have to see place. Nice little downtown with a great bookstore, fabulous food choices, a nice movie theatre and an amazing antique store. Bellows Falls is a must see Vermont town with charm and really great things to do and close to great hikes, walks and just plain family friendly!.

A lovely gallery I saw while visiting Bellows Falls, Vermont. The walls were hung with over a hundred beautiful paintings in a style I have only seen in a magazine and there can only be more to come as this gallery is currently getting ready to expand. There was local artists represented of all ages, it was affordable, great pricing and had so many options in every style you can imagine. There was glass pieces, gourd art and wonderful linen pieces. The entire street was a lengthy strip of store front windows that had working art studios and artists painting and open for viewing. This little gem is a must see!

This little gallery was in a small town I visited for a short getaway. I went for a Friday open event for a salon painting show with the bonus of meeting the artists. This gallery that was across from a painted and decorated space where people were playing music together in bottom of a lovely brick building. Friendly town, friendly atmosphere, great little place to see local art and meet people.

What a great space! From show to show there is a broad range of local talent - I've often seen the artists there and they're happy to talk about their work. The owners are welcoming and were so helpful with answering questions long before I became a customer. I bought my favorite painting there and love going back.

This little art gallery supports artists of all ages and all kinds of mediums. As an artist myself, I love going into this beautiful space and seeing the always changing and amazing curated shows. I'm looking forward to the next show opening soon with photography and enjoy stopping in and talking with the owner and all the artists that are part of the gallery. The studios in the same building are filled with vibrant and amazing artists who have brought this little Vermont town back to life! Come in and see the best little gallery, there is something for everyone and prices are a big range, something for everyone! Love this place!!!!

This art gallery is located in downtown of Bellows Falls and supports local artists. The shows change and the events with the artists present are kid friendly. I've brought my family in and we purchased a children's book written by an artist represented by the gallery. The gallery is for local artists to show their work, it is affordable with varied prices and ranges. They have everything from paintings, linens, mixed media collages, photography, beautiful glass pieces, sculptures and even jewelry all created locally. Mike, the owner is friendly and accommodating and answered all my questions. I was trying to solve a problem with showing art in my home and he helped me find resources to frame a piece of artwork that fit my needs. I was looking for work by an artist that was previously in his gallery and he was able to direct me to that artist too. He helped direct me to other stores in the downtown and area. Bellows Falls downtown has so many options for food, stores, activities and this gallery is a great place to visit too. I will be returning to this gallery for gifts and to view upcoming shows.

My favorite small gallery! I purchased a beautiful oil painting here that I really enjoy. Highly recommended. Bellows Falls is a beautiful village with a vibrant arts scene, and Canal Street Art Gallery is the center of that. The owners do a great job of promoting the best local and regional artists at their beautiful downtown storefront.

This is a beautiful gallery filled with local artists of all ages and everyone is welcome. The items in the gallery are across multiple mediums and it is located in a beautiful historic downtown. The art is always changing with new in person shows and art for everyone. I’ve bought many pieces and my experiences there are always wonderful. Bellows Falls has so many beautiful places to see and experience and the Gallery is amazing and a must see.

We are very disappointed! Mike was asking us to come and take photos for the gallery's Google tour. Not only that he didn't show up, and the photographer had to wait for him outside for long time, he also refuse to compensate us after paying the photographer his fee.
PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS GALLERY!
My answer to Mike's comment: we do have 2 emails written by you where you asked us to send a photographer on the specific day and you even asked for an Invoice, which you got right away!! I hope no one will buy from your gallery and fall in your lies!! You rip off people and that's so not nice!
We believe in justice and will go to court. Hope you didn't use our Invoice.... but no worries, we will report that as well.
