Absolutely fantastic service! We were on a road trip and hours from home when our check oil light came on and we pulled off the highway. The staff at the local O'Reily's recommended Taylors and we drove over. Everyone was super helpful and took time to diagnose the problem even though they were clearly really busy. They even ordered a new oil filter from a nearby shop and fixed everything for us, including photos of the incorrectly put in filter and other information to help with our claim against the place that incorrectly installed our filter. They have a great waiting area and everyone was so friendly and sympathetic - we felt like locals by the end of the day. I can't say thank you loudly enough to the staff - they truly made what could have been a very stressful incident with the oil filter and leak into a nice day waiting in a cozy location.

Highly, Highly recommend them! My husband is a Rural Carrier so our truck needs lots of work done to it often and they have yet to disappoint! And on top of it, they are so friendly in the process! 10/10 would recommend!!!

12/30 at 7:30am I blew out a tire on my snowmobile trailer. Called them out of the blue with not much expectation as the are a car repair shop. Eric came right out, met me on the highway within 15 mins! Evaluated the situation, said I'll be back in 30 mins...he was back in 20 with a spare 10" sled trailer tire. Let me get to Newport VT to pick up my new sled with no verification whatsoever of who I was. Picked up 2 tires in Newport, came back to his shop and he mounted both. Fee was lower than I think it should have been. That group was a god send this morning and I hope someday I can return the favor. Above and beyond in my book!

Caught a large nail in my tire on I-91 while heading up for a mini vacation with the family. I needed to get the tire plugged and went there the next morning. Couldn't have had a better experience. Extremely friendly. Realizing I couldn't really leave the car and get a ride, they had me in and out in about 20 minutes, for under $15. Best customer service I've experienced in a while.Service: Tires
