Took my jeep with 85000 miles on it to them after I had just bought it for an assessment. They told me that I needed a water pump because it was leaking. I had them install a new one, plus change transmission fluid. Two days after getting it back from them, it overheated due to the idler pulley not even being where it should be....nonexistent! They had to take the serpentine belt off by using the tensioner pulley( right next to the water pump) and idler pulley) so while it was there, someone screwed up. They wouldn't take responsibility for it, so now I'm taking them to court. Have fun if you plan on using them!

Their furnace tech Brian is fast, efficient, and very friendly. Other companies were trying to sell me a new water heater or furnace. Brian was able to boil out the coil and now my water pressure is as good as new. Cost was far less than I expected! A+ Service.

I have used Butler Family Auto to deliver oil the last few years. Despite being quite far away from them they always deliver and are some of the kindest and most pleasant people to interact with. Cannot recommend enough!

I had a pre purchase inspection done here in order to buy a used tacoma from a private sale. The auto shop was responsive and extremely helpful. All the employees seemed very nice and willing to answer any question. They quoted me very good prices for work that needed to be done. They are thorough and treat customers with care. I would absolutely recommend the garage and would certainly use them if they were closer to my residence.

There prices are amazing, there fast, reliable, on time, and when you have an emergency they will get right to you. I hadnt used them before and we needed our tank changed and they didnt hesitate to come right out look at the job. They got the job done in a timely manner, and they did a great job. You would never even realize that they only have one full time guy and one in training right now. They won me over and this is where i'm gonna stay. You should give them a call and ask them how much there oil prices are. You will be surprised when you hear! :)

Was promised an inspection sticker after $1500 worth of work was paid for and completed. Was told to "come back" for the sticker. Went back 4 times and they would not give me the inspection sticker. Employees drinking beers during work hours and talking about "getting high" in the reception office. Unprofessional and untruthful.Services: Auto engine diagnostic
