Heart of Vermont Vet: At-Home End-of-Life Care for Pets
652 Granger Rd, BarreThe kindness and guidance we received from Erika during our 15-year-old husky Desmond's end of life was truly outstanding. Erika did a 2-hour consultation with us and helped us understand the full scope of our options, letting us guide the process and supporting us in feeling confident during what was one of the most difficult periods of decision-making of our lives. She ultimately helped Desmond pass peacefully, outside and at home while we were with him. She treated him with the respect and dignity he deserved, and honored our bond with him to the very last moment. Thank you, Dr. Bruner, for helping him - and us. We whole-heartedly recommend her services to any pet owners in Central Vermont. Saying goodbye is impossibly difficult, but having the option to do so at home and ensure the pet's comfort is the ultimate gift.

Lazy Lions Campground
281 Middle Rd, BarreThis campground is very clean, quiet and peaceful. I stayed in one of the spacious screened lean-to's . The lot was very well setup with a picnic table and fire ring. The person that helped me check in was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.
