Without a doubt, best experience I have ever had with my purchase. Andrew and Joe were a tremendous of help, Jessica was wonderful with the process, and met the owner Jack who's a great guy. Overall, great people all around. This dealership has a strong sense of family orientation that I won't forget. That by itself supercedes any of the big company/corporate practices from other places. Highly recommend this dealership if you have thoughts on a new purchase, thank you again to all the staff who have helped me!

I bought a 2016 Honda Fit from them in summer 2023. When they originally gave me the car, they said it had been fully detailed and the cabin filter replaced; it turned out the air filter was filthy and there were mouse droppings in the glove compartment. The AC also didn't work. To their credit, they took the car in and cleaned it (I replaced the cabin filter myself) and assured me they had fully tested the whole system for leaks and damage and fixed the AC. They said the only thing it needed was a recharge and the compressor and condenser were fine and lines didn't leak. The AC worked for the rest of summer (about a month), and then this summer it did not. I took it back to them and shared the communications with them but somehow now there was a leak from the condenser and the high pressure line. They recommended $1100 worth of work. I spoke to their manager and suggested they had not actually fixed it and recharge they did helped get the car out of their shop but didn't address the actual issue of leaks in the system. They declined to fix it, saying I had had it for a year (though the AC had only been used for a short amount of time given we live in VT). I've owned other Honda Fits, and systems don't just fail like that if they're fully working -- they're incredibly reliable. So I'd suggest if you do get a used car from them and they do any repairs, make sure you have an outside trusted mechanic check their work and make sure they've actually fixed it, not patched it. The people working there are pleasant and this doesn't reflect on them, but I cannot recommend their repairs as I do not think they fully repaired the car they sold me, though they assured me they did.

The team really helped me out of a pickle. Drew in Service was tremendous in diagnosing and then working with Tyler to get me back on the road much sooner than I expected. Great people throughout the dealership.

My husband brought his car in for a service, and Keith immediately told him about a car he knew we would be interested in. We took it for a test drive and fell in love with it! Keith walked us through the newer technology and safety features this car had, and I was thrilled that it had everything I was looking for, and then some! Would highly recommend to anyone shopping for a car to go see Keith and Charlie at Formula Nissan!

I have been doing business with Keith for 15 yrs. He has always had my best interests in the forefront. He is always straight forward and honest, not pushy , but to the point. When I went to pick up my new Rogue today Jack came in and explained pricing and what the process is when leasing a vehicle and how costs are put into place. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Jessie helped me finish the finance part of things and she is on top of her game, knows what she is talking about and does it with confidence and grace!! This was by far the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly! They were not pushy like most of the dealerships. The salesman was knowledgeable and very friendly. I cannot say enough about how great staff are at this dealership. Will definitely consider buying from them again and would highly recommendthem if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!
