Ayer Auto sales is a local treasure. They make buying a new vehicle so painless and will go well beyond what is expected from a merchant to make sure their customers are happy. Also Ashley , Noah and Dave are the bomb! This is the third vehicle my wife and I purchased from this amazing family business and I can say with confidence the 4th, 5th and 6th vehicles will also be purchased at Ayers!

This is the 4 th car we've gotten from Ayers. We found the car online called Ashely she helped with everything over the phone and through text. Got a ride the next day and signed paperwork and drove off with our new car.

My boyfriend and I spoke with Ashley from Ayer Auto about our situation with finding a car and she immediately went into action helping us in every way possible in order to help us find a vehicle that would not only fit our needs but also our budget. We showed up on test drive day, she had the car all ready and upon that first test drive my boyfriend was already in love with the car and could barely tell it was used. Ashley had excellent customer service skills, was very open and honest with us about all of the details, and made the buying process both smooth and convenient for us. Ayer Auto for the win! Searching for a used car can be a hassle, but Ashley at Ayer made the process smooth and even gave my daughter her 101 car buying intro! They accommodated my mechanic by putting the car on the lift for inspection. He said I should keep the car for myself! When I am in the market for an upgrade, I will be calling Ashley at Ayer Auto!

Ayer’s services goes out and beyond customer service! Whether it’s through the body shop or sales, they always give their 110% to their customers. Recently, Ashley helped me run some numbers as to how much my totaled car was worth for my insurance. My insurance reviewed the estimate and received what I asked for. Thanks to Ashley for taking the time to do the research so I’m not receiving less for my car.

I had been looking for a vehicle for a few months when I found a beautiful 2015 CR-V for sale at Ayer’s. I talked on the phone with Ashley about wanting to see it, and when we showed up on test drive day it was all ready to drive! They put a lot of good work into it before selling, which made me feel a lot better about buying a used vehicle. The entire experience was amazing — I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. This is the second or third vehicle my family has purchased from Ayer’s, and we continue to be extremely happy! 10/10 would recommend buying from them!!

We have used Ayer Auto Sales a few times and always had amazing luck with them and with the cars. They made it possible for me to get a car on my own and I absolutely love the car and still have it. We brought my son there and got him a car that was passed on to my daughter and then again to her friend. The staff there is very friendly Always ready to help, we have never been screwed over like other dealerships and they are definitely not pushy. They help find the car they think is right they will not push you into something you can’t afford or is not right for you. We will always continue to shop for cars with this dealership.
